Awful service- they jumped to conclusions about my service dog and told me dogs couldnt be there without asking if it was a service dog. After i explained nicely i have a letter and showed it, i was treated awful when i ordered and when making my food.

Beautiful location with nice natural lighting, food was tasty and high quality, well portioned. Employees were friendly and moved quickly. Great place to get a quick bite and stretch the legs.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered a regular pita. The worker gave me a pita with a hole in it already. As soon as I started eating it, all the toppings fell out. The chicken was cold.The place is unsanitary and disgusting. Would not recommend.

Food was alright, stale pita bread. Customer service from younger woman was terrible tho. She was rude when we didn’t order the ingredients in “order” of how they were displayed, and when asked for clarification of what pita she was making, she said “yeah, sure” in a sarcastic tone. Very off-putting as the other lady was super kind.

Purchased steak (bowl) regular aize ($14). They.have NO RICE…. Counter person said this store didn’t serve rice…. However other pitapit stores do…. I was shocked. - done with PitaPit
