Pizza is literally in your name; there was no pizza. Asking whether there’d be more slices coming, the answer was no. Nice one.

We usually stop at this Onroute Pizzaville to pick up a snack after long drive up
Unfortunately each time there is either no single slices or poor selection of slices. Unbelievable, these times are peak times and selection should be the best.
Many disappointed customers along with myself have to purchase from other food services there.
Loss of revenue is great and totally unnecessary!!

The crust was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of crunch and chew. The sauce was tangy and rich, with a depth of flavor that hinted at hours of slow-cooked goodness. And the cheese – oh, the glorious, melted cheese. It was as if the dairy gods had smiled upon our pizza, bestowing upon it a generous helping of creamy, stringy loveliness.

Seriously the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. I think they use different dough than other franchises , I’m not sure what it is… it’s a small shop so make sure you call ahead for your order as wait times are evident

Last 4 times tried to call an hour in advance, 90minutes before closing and I was told, too busy, going to close in 15minutes which was an hour earlier than posted on google.
Another time gave 45minutes notice and they said too busy in order to make a pizza on time.
Either the owner is short of employees or nobody gives a shit.
Excuses last 4 times only mentioning two of the excuses.....bottom line is service is horrible.

Grabbed a slice for lunch. There were 4-5 different slice options which is pretty good for a rural location. The pizza and service was good. It is a takeout location in a gas bar so there really is no "atmosphere". I will return.

We stop at this Pizzaville location for lunch every time we drive up to Sudbury to visit my father-in-law. It is by far the best pizza I have ever had from a pizza chain! It tastes so much better than our local Pizzaville. I don’t understand the bad ratings this location is receiving. We often land here at lunch hour rush and have to wait in long lines, or for them to make more pizzas when they are swamped with orders. But it’s always worth the wait. The ladies who work here are always so lovely despite the fact that they are overworked, underpaid, and very likely get treated poorly by a lot of cranky people. If people can’t chill and wait in line, and don’t expect to be in long waits at peak times on a highway food stop, or order a pizza and then get cranky when there's a bit longer of a wait, then that’s on them.

Vegetarian options: I don’t eat meat and there are always vegetarian options when I stop for a slice.

Poor selection, always during lunch and dinner hours where only a few to choose from and no vegetarian or pizza with feta, healthier options.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian when available is perfect.
