If ever you are in the Portland area you must check out The Galley! Live entertainment in the Boathouse, amazing sunset views from the roof top patio and a very friendly bar that displays one of the coolest bar tops I have ever seen. A real Florida Keys vibe that must be experienced. Steve H

If heaven exists, it's probably something looking like this place. A perfect combo of lovely service, delicious food and a perfect view! We stopped there a bit randomly, and it would have been a shame to miss that... a calm and peaceful stop with a stunning view to take your time and forget about the rest!

This location is one of the best on the Rideau system. The Servers and Sheri the bartender are nothing short of excellent. It's a basic fun spot with locals, boaters and visitors from afar. Sit up above or watch the drinks being prepared from the bar below. It's a great location and it has great people to make you feel welcome.

We just had a wonderful dinner at The Galley! A very cute place. We drove by the first time because we missed the entrance! Glad we went in. The hostess was friendly and our waitress was great. Everyone loved their food. We even purchased 4 hoodies while there! Certainly a place you want to visit!
Had a burger which was delicious, but the experience was soured by the service. I did not get the additional sauce requested, no one ever came to check on us and we had to get up to pay the bill. We were very ignored by staff.

This was the first time going to the Galley. We were lucky enough to get a seat on the upstairs patio. The view is lovely. Our servers were very attentive and friendly. Our food was delicious...loved the hand cut fries . Will definitely go back again. Also the bar downstairs is beautiful and should not be missed
The Galley was an excellent spot to stop by on our way home. The food was great, ranging from lobster burger to more pub style foods like fried cheese curds. The view was nice from outside on patio. If you can get a spot outside, I would highly recommend.

Number of items listed on menu were not available. Service was very slow..., more staff is needed. Fish Chowder was nothing more than corn and potatoes in a clear broth. We've had many great meals at the Galley but this time was a miss all around.
It was a wonderful afternoon! I brought my parents to the Galley for them to experience the beautiful views with a Florida Keys atmosphere. We all had the very hearty Seafood Chowdah' with a plentiful order of Coconut Shrimp! The service was amazing! We even met the cook who made the Chowdah! (Loaded with an assortment of seafood) Big shout out to the Galley Girls! Great job! See you on the water!
