Top notch. Staff were amazing. Food excellent. Views were awesome. First time back in a while. We were not dissapointed. The whole place has has a lovely refit. It felt a bit like being in Florida ( despite being fall 2025) and it is such a unique place. Highly recommended.

My family have been going to the Galley for quite some years. The staff are attentive and fun to talk to, although a seasonal venue, staff retention is high. In recent years the burgers have become one of the best we can find anywhere. Great location and well run. Expect long waits in peak season, not a complaint just a mention so you can be compassionate to the how busy it can get. Michael and Liz Hall.

Went there for dinner, there were 4 of us. The chicken parmigiana sandwich was very good but the fish and chips and burger that the others had were okay. The burger and fish & chips were overcooked. The batter on the fish was greasy and cooked too much and the burger was dry.

I made a reservation for the Upper Deck but after we arrived after a one hour drive, they didn't want to seat us on the upper level because there was only 2 of us. We had to sit on the inner boat dock which is not very appealing. We drove that distance to sit with a view of the lake.

The very best thing I can say about this place is the server,. Shaelyn. An amazing young lady that professionally handled what the cook had messed up. 4 fish and chip dinners had to be returned. We could not cut into the fish because it was as hard as a rock. I also had made reservations for the evening for 7 people and when we arrived they had us down for the following week. I hesitated about making this review because I don't want it to reflect on our waitress, however ,this was the worst experience I have ever had, and an outing that was supposed to be an evening of relaxation ended up very stressful ..Some of our party had recommended the restaurant, but now none of us will return. The cook had to have known the fish was WAY over cooked but probably thought that we may have excepted it. Shaelyn, you were wonderful and I am saddened that you had to experience this. The cook should have come out to our table to address our complaint rather than leaving our server to apologize for his very poor presentation of a dinner.My mother in law who is visiting from Florida at our home in Delta Ontario ended up without a dinner..........
Food was average I would say pub fare. We were seated in The Boathouse that was not very appealing or comfortable. (A paved area between some boat slips and parking lot. ) It did look like there were better areas with a view on second floor.

It was our first time there and my husband and I both thought that it was very good. He had fish and chips and I had Cajun shrimp tacos. The service was slow however it was busy and the server apologized profusely. We weren't even sure that she knew we were there, even though we had reservations, for about 10 minutes. Perhaps just an acknowledgement of our presence would have been helpful. We weren't really in a rush so it was all fine. She was very friendly and helpful; she was able to answer our questions and bring what we asked for. We will go back! We liked the ambiance and would like to try the upper deck.
