Prescott Burger King has been my favourite go to for 35 years! Food quality keeps dropping here - fries often tough, burgers sometimes cold. Breakfast was still good until this month. I Checked with local staff - new managers are having them pre cook everything and leaving them in warmers until they are needed for faster service. This can’t be considered safe food handling! Today I grabbed my usual breakfast sandwich. Cold, cheese never melted and the egg was so dried out it cracked in half and kept breaking as touched. Not even good enough for my dog who eats everything.
Someone from health and safety needs to go in and teach the new managers the way it has always been done before someone ends up sick. Today was my last trip there.

Employees were friendly and service was good but I love have always loved The Wooper and purchased two meals for myself and spouse on this past Saturday, got it to go and brought it home . The burger was almost like it was laying around it didn’t taste like they normally do can’t pinpoint it only for not been if freshly made ? Anyway it wasn’t the normal quality I expected I had the 2 can dine coupon that was available.

First time going to a Burger King in a while. This place reminded me why the brand is dying. The manager looked irritated taking orders. Very slow service time. Didn’t have enough supply of a product they’re advertising outside and on the menu. Didn’t offer any sauce for our nugget order. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.
Brian took our order, he was fantastic, super helpful and kind. Definitely will come back.
