Returning to Prescott after the eclipse Monday, we didn't want to wait for our pizza any longer than necessary, so we ordered ahead by phone. Once the order was placed we were told it would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutesUnfortunately, there was only one young lady serving that early evening, and she was very over-worked. Not only did she have to take the orders of those who were eating in the restaurant; she also had to deliver their orders, and their bills; but she also had to process their payments and bus their tables; in addition to dealing with any pickup orders like oursShe was doing the best that she could under the circumstances. Unfortunately, for us, that meant an extra 15 minute wait to get and pay for our order. The management really needs to address their staffing issues. It was very poor customer service but it also, clearly, was not the fault of the young lady working out frontWe ordered the Nick's Special pizza. It was excellent. I would highly recommend it

We were out house shopping in the area and went out for a quick lunch. It was one of my best lunches ever. I had a Greek salad and Souvlaki skewer combo. My wife had beef stew and my sister-in-law had a burger combo. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was favourable and the prices were very reasonable. We will be back there soon! We recommend this place. Service was very friendly as well.

I would not recommend the burger or the poutine. The burger was not as described in the menu, the toppings were minimal and the patty very thin. It looked like a very sad burger, and tasted like a very sad burger. The poutine in my opinion is not a poutine as it did not have cheese curds, but shredded cheese. Despite this, I tried it with optimism, but again was not impressed. It also did not taste good at all. The coin shaped fries were good. The service and dining area was ok, what would be expected of a Diner style restaurant.

Best pizza in town! I highly recommend you give it a try.
This is a very nice little restaurant with a pretty extensive menu. A lot of typical Canadian favorites are on the menu and they even have a unique take on poutine. The pizza is typical of Eastern Ontario and definitely worth ordering. It takes a bit of time for the food to come out as the staffing is bare minimum and the food is made from scratch.

I was told they had the best pizza in town. Those people were not wrong. Mmmmmmm. The crust was perfectly done. Sauce had a tad bit of kick and the cheese was thick and stringy. To top it all off, the price was spectacular. Better than the chain place. The lady at the counter was also super nice. Great job ?
