Popped in when passing through the town. A wonderful family run business, friendly service, good food and very well priced. Definateley worth a visit if you're near by.

Beautiful little coffee shop with tasty sandwiches and a small play area with toys for toddlers. Very kind staff! We enjoyed our time there!
Apple Brie Panini is awesome!

Inconspicuous little cafe that is actually a charity. Staff are super friendly and honest good people. A good variety of drinks and sweet eats. Prices are very fair and for a good cause.
Dietary restrictions: Alternative dairy options offered.

We came here for a night with our camper but loved the places we have visited during our stay. This cafe has delicious cake and coffee and everything you love about small towns. People coming together, gossip and a warm atmosphere. Anytime again. Great people.

My reasoning for 4 stars is the number of flies that were present during my visit here. And the glass store front brings in a lot of heat, it wasn't uncomfortably hot but it was definitely warm. Maybe putting a horizontal strip of tint at the top perimeter of the windows or tinting the entire window, not too dark that you can't see through it, but just something minimal to help, and turning up the A/C.
Other than those two issues, the customer service was great, very polite, and friendly staff. I ordered a BELT, and it was great. Everything was fresh. I also ordered a cappuccino, and it was perfect.
The little play area for kids is a nice touch as it is on the small side, and the owner is willing to sacrifice some square footage to give toddlers somewhere to play.
Kid-friendliness: Play area with toys and coloring books for kids.

We had a wonderful time at the Outpost Café. We ate very well, especially the Apple Brie sandwich and the Cinnamon Rolls! Love them! And we were extremely well served. The lady was incredibly kind. Thanks again!

Charming little place. Stopped for lunch on the way to Montreal and had a couple of delicious sandwiches that were super cheap as well. Very friendly staff. Great local place to stop for lunch instead of the usual fast food by the highway.
