Went for a Valentines dinner. The menu had some amazing options. Pricing was very fair for it being a special day. Will definitely be back!

I can't Thank Tammey and the staff enough for accommodating and preparing for my Mother's memorial lunch gathering. I highly suggest them for group events.

Very disappointed with our visit here tonight. I visited the Red George in late July with a friend for lunch and we were both happy with the surroundings, the service and the food. At that time, my friend got a beef dip - served on a delicious crusty bun with thinly sliced, well stacked beef and a nice dip. I had a quesedillia and it was savoury and nice. Accompanied by a light, refreshing draft on tap a good lunch. Thus, when my sister and I decided to bring our younger sister out for her birthday dinner, Ithought it a good choice. BAD CALL. First, the service provided by a young woman was GREAT - she was personable, pleasant and efficient made a very creditable first time for her martini. On my suggestion, the birthday girl got the beef dip, I got the Philly Cheese Steak and my other sister scallops. Birthday girl and I started with Ceaser salads, my other sister house salad .... house salad was fine. Ceaser not so much. The croutons were so incredibly stale and hard, you could have broken a tooth on them and they couldn't be eaten. My sister got her beef dip and it was AWFUL - thickly cut, overcooked gristly meat - two bites and she was done. My Philly cheese steak came and was inedible. Half inch CHUNKS of overdone fatty and gristle beef which on my first bite, was so unpalatable I had to spit it out. In the end, we took a to go container and brought the meat home to our dogs who weren't fussy. It was literally not able to be eaten. My other sister (admitedly a gourmand)- said the scallops were "adequate". All in all a very disappointing and inedible meal - really was disappointed as we were celebrating a birthday. Definitely CANNOT recommend.

went for sisters birthday. She is not a 'chi-chi' eater, so pub grub was what we expected. The food was terrible. Beef dip...beef was thick, overcooked and inedible. The Philly Cheesesteak was the same...inedible. One saving grace was the waitress who made her first martini perfectly! Would not recommend this for even basic pub grub. Disappointed as this is my town.

Large group reunion there tonight and had a private room!Excellent service re food and drinks and a great menu as well. Food arrived quickly and everyone enjoyed the great choices! And a special cake to boot! Thanks… a real gem for Prescott! ??I must send kudos to our waitress Tammy who handled our large, “ happy” group with patience, efficiency and humour. ☺️

Atmosphere and service was great. Food was ok, but that aspect is maybe where this place could improve a little, although we only tried two meals. I had an open face steak sandwich, with onions and mushrooms on it, but the steak was a little over cooked and tough, and it maybe could have come with a nice savoury sauce on the side. The ciabatta bread it was on was good though. Cesar side salad was fine - I’ve had better, but I’ve also had much worse. Prices were fair and portions were good. I guess it’s what you would expect from a good pub and I would definitely eat and drink there again.Wheelchair accessibility: It has a good wheelchair ramp leading from the parking lot

What a great place to eat! Love the atmosphere. They don't serve fried foods which in my books is a plus! Good varied menu. I'll be back!

I’d not eaten here for a few years but recall that the food was certainly above average pub fare. I personally enjoy the space and atmosphere and it’s well located for the Shakespeare festival. The servers were welcoming and very personable. We should have stuck with the beer. The first two entrees I ordered were not available. I opted for the meatloaf and was expecting what one would…..a slab of meatloaf, gravy, mashed potatoes and a vegetable. That was not to be….a rather small piece of dry meatloaf that has a barbecue glace, a small piece of baguette and a limb Caesar salad. Totally underwhelming. More underwhelming was the chicken pot pie. Picture a plate with a large portion of lumpy potatoes with a inverted Swanson chick pie. The kitchen desperately needs help.

The server was pleasant and efficient but food preparation was slow even though there weren't a lot of patrons in the pub. Food was ok but not particularly notable. Didn't have an opportunity to try any of the beers the pub had on
