Drove all the way downtown to grab subway because it said y’all were open till 11:00 pm and when we get there at 10:15 it’s closed, fix the Google add to reflect the proper hours, absolutely ridiculous. wasted my gas.

Great customer service. They are generous with toppings. All in all a Great Subway. I used to go to Kemptville but the Prescott location is far better. Well staffed and if they goof, they fix it.Dietary restrictions: I suffer from GURD. "acidic secretions of the stomach can reflux back upwards. So that spicy pepperoni was with me for two days. If you are going to have a new sandwich warn customers if its spicy.

One person working. Dirty bathrooms and one is closed. It’s Sunday on a summer weekend and we watched 15 ppl enter and leave. If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I ordered a Meatball Sandwich. He gave me your Meatballer. Not what I ordered. So it comes with spicy pepperoni and mozzarella. The spicy pepperoni was way to hot for me. I threw the other half away. Then I was sick for two days with nausea and Diarrhea. They should warn you if something is spicy. I have Gastro Reflux so it kept coming up into my throat. Very poor customer service. Excellent Subway! The staff are super friendly and kind. The food was fresh and delicious. I think this was also the cleanest Subway I've been to. Overall wonderful experience :)
Out of tomato’s, spinach, guacamole, almost no marinara sauce...... if you want toppings for you sand which don’t go here. Someone needs to learn how to order product quantities properly.
