What's with both these Tim's in Prescott? Second time I gave a tip at this location and wasn't thanked for it. I gave some slack the first time, but the second time is enough.
December 30th @ 5:40pm. White girl with glasses.
The rest of the staff can thank her for me never tipping at this location again.
For the record I give $1-$3 almost every time I go here. I will never do it again.

This Prescott OntarioTim Hortons has the worst service of any food store that I have entered. I went to the counter where I was the only customer waiting to be served another customer was at the far end of the counter waiting for his order to be filled, an older serving lady was behind the counter trying her best to look busy doing nothing, a younger serving lady with a head set on was doing her best to look busy with a rag flick dust off the counters. Neither of the two extremely rude serving ladies acknowleged my presence other than snickering behind their hands to one another. I waited approximately 10 minuets during this time an older gentle man joined the single person line up after approximately 5 minuets asked me has anyone been to take your our order I told him NO and that I and My autistic grandson have been waiting for 10 minutes he said that this was quite unaceptable I agreed and left the store never to enter again, I will do my utmost to spred the state of this Tim Hortons store the two serving ladies should be fired and new staff hired and trained to have customer service that is the utmost priority for Tim Horton frachizes.

Literally the slowest drive thru ever seen in any tims. 4 cars ahead of me and i spent my full break in drive thru.
My drive-thru experience tonight was amazing. I visited around 8:35 PM, and the lady at the window was incredibly welcoming and greeted us with a big smile. I come to this location often, but I had never seen her before. She made the whole experience feel like a fun radio-jockey moment so cheerful and engaging! She even reminded us to drive safe which was such a sweet touch. I truly hope to see her again because she genuinely made mine and my husband’s night.

I don't understand why Tim Hortons or their franchisees have all the lights on all the Billboards on,everything is lit up and going, no hours of service on the doors, people working inside why have all the lights on?

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons in Prescott, Ontario. My order took over 20 minutes, and when I asked about it after waiting 10 minutes, I realized they had completely forgotten it. The staff seemed disorganized, no one apologized, and the manager did nothing to address the issue. Headquarters should be made aware of how poorly this location is run. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons.
