Place an order through the app, and get told at the window they can't make the ordered drink, what do we want as a replacement. Didn't want any replacement, just our money back for the item, Nope, can't do that! Then screw it cancel my whole order I don't want any of it. NOPE CANT DO THAT. Leave it to this place to steal your money for goods not provided. Can't even talk to someone in the app about the issue! Worst service, thieves!

Thumbs down to the owners of the Tim Hortons in Prescott. For not paying for training for young kids to be stringed along after months and months. As well as not notifying or verifying the fact that they would not be paid prior to their conduction of their services at the Tim Hortons. i’m absolutely disgusted that they would use a child or a teenager in this manner .

Brutal drive through asked for two muffins and two coffee. Given a box of timbits and 2 coffees. Returned the donuts and wad handed 2 bags. The whole exchange took so long that I didn't even think to check the bags. Mistake! Was given 2 donuts. Hard to do anything when you're already headed to the 401. I checked my bank and the bill was over 12.00. What a complete waste of time and money!

Got a cold brew before I drove up to Ottawa, didn’t realize I ordered an extra chunky cold brew. Was absolutely disgusted when I took my first sip and was met with curdled cream, I had to throw the whole thing out. Very disappointed.

I don't normally place reviews but this mornings experience was frustrating, we ordered 2 wraps one with sauce one without and asked to have them marked, when we asked at the window if they were marked her response was she didn't know she wasn't the one who made it, at this time of morning it is still dark, there was sauce on the one I picked not sure on the other one but the wrap wasn't grilled and it was disgusting. Based on the reviews it seems the service isn't the best at this location
