I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons in Prescott, Ontario. My order took over 20 minutes, and when I asked about it after waiting 10 minutes, I realized they had completely forgotten it. The staff seemed disorganized, no one apologized, and the manager did nothing to address the issue. Headquarters should be made aware of how poorly this location is run. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons.

I ordered 2 breakfast bacon sandwiches on biscuits (listed as two of the same kind on the screen) and asked and paid to substitute the processed cheese for cheddar cheese.

I waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Which I wouldn't mind, I understand how busy it can get as I used to work at Tim Hortons years ago, so I can sympathise. But waiting almost 20 minutes for my order when it wasn't overly busy and for it to be completely wrong, not impressed.

The young man who initially served me was quite nice. But the blonde girl at the sandwich counter seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I open the bag, I get one sandwich on a biscuit and the other on an untoasted English muffin, both with processed cheese and not cheddar.

I'm hoping this will be addressed as when you're driving on the 401, it's not ideal to turn around to return your food if it is wrong.
