My wife and I love this location. We ALWAYS stop here on our way to Brockville and Kingston. We live in Ottawa. This place is always clean, friendly, and it is a very convenient location. Whenever we are on our way to either Brockville or Kingston we look forward to coming here first. We would like to thank the staff for their hard work and everything they do to make our day better. We will definitely be returning each and everytime we are in the area. We have never been disappointed by this place and we will always be a happy and returning customer.

I don't understand this Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons serves breakfast mostly and you come to this Tim Hortons at 3:30 in the morning which is at a truck stop just off the 401 and they don't serve breakfast until 4:00 a.m. what are we talking about here? It's 2025 it's not 1990

I don't know how hard it is to make a simple sandwich with no substitution. But I can not for the life of me get an order to be fulfilled properly at this location. I have lost dozens of dollars to absolute incompetence. Everything is on posters in front of them, It's supposed to be fool proof ... That's sad...
Never buy dark roasted coffee here. Today, instead of my favorite coffee, they sold me something disgusting that's unfit for drinking. I won't buy anything from here again. I don't recommend it to anyone.

I stopped in to get my regular order with my mom, and the two ladies at front counter were amazing. I believe their names were Sam and Cindy. I work at a different Tim Hortons location so when I walked in and heard laughing and seen smiles it automatically felt welcoming. The coffees were AMAZING and they were so friendly. If I was from around the area I would definitely make this my regular Timmies, although if I’m ever back this way I will be sure to come back. They were quick on their feet and got everything out in under 3 minutes or less. Great job ladies!!!

A true gem! The owner went to the back and made a special donut for my son and it was all he talked about for a week :) It was great to get that small town service that is sometimes missing when visiting other locations.
