What an amazing experience at this location . We were served by a young lady named Neocia who always has the biggest smile on her face , she is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has the best experience. Way to go Neocia you are by far our favorite server .

The staff was very rude. I asked for a latte and she said the machine was broken. She didn't give me time to think. She kept asking me what to buy every second. There was no other car behind us. I will definitely not come here again.

The drinks are still good at Tim Hortons. On the other hand, is it possible to be more rude than Marty???!!! No smile, poker face, just there to take the order without saying a word. I asked for a coffee with a little milk and he pretended not to understand my "French accent". And again, I always make the effort to have understandable English. First time this has happened to me in Canada. Is it a coincidence that the following English-speaking customers were treated to a smile, hello, etc... Lamentable mentality.

Why are your staff not trained or properly educated in your prices when they work the cash? Over charging and being rude saying “it’s only ten cents” no actually it was over a dollar. None the less, they continuely make it wrong and with attitude. Short haired blonde girl absolutely needs to be fired for her attitude and lack of knowledge after being there for god knows how long. asked for simply sausage and was still given one with a egg, coffee was burnt as usual. You need better staff everyone needs to be replaced at this point . Absolutely ridiculous

The short blonde girl serving us, seems to be a senior staff member. She was very rude to us and even to her co-workers. We asked for extra ice and she just threw a few ice cubes in the glass and spilled the drink. And then being rude asked us to move the glasses from the table. Date : 30 August 2024, Time : 3:15 PM. Please make sure she is held accountable for her behaviour.
