We've been going to the Wok House for over ten years; dining in or getting takeout.
They were takeout only since CoVid but there's been a recent change of ownership and now the dining room is open again. Service is improving as they add new wait staff.
The restaurant portions have shrunk a bit but the food is still very good. Their homemade plum sauce is still top notch and their won ton soup is excellent. The food is flavorful and not over cooked. It's so nice to taste the veggies in each dish (the flavor hasn't been cooked out of them).
It's our favorite Chinese restaurant.

Celebrated a Birthday and couldn’t have picked a better place! Drove 50 minutes and it was well worth the drive. Great Hot Chinese food served by very friendly staff! Highly recommend and will go back again soon!

We tried takeout on Sunday Oct 19th after reading reviews. It's good that I read the reviews because someone complained that the food leaked in the bag and ended up falling onto the driveway. I put the order in shopping bags and when I started to lift them out the food containers stayed behind in the shopping back. The Chop Suey was the worst that I have ever received, really gooy.

Amazing food! I ordered two hot wongtong soups and got a couple of hot sour soups by mistake. She misunderstood my order. I went back and exchanged the soups for Wong Tong and they gladly gave me two new soups! Very happy they replaced the soups.for the service was excellent. Thanks for the wonderful service! Get it delivered directly from the store, they appreciate it so much as they have delivery drivers. It came fresh and not like skip or DoorDash as they make to many stops with your order

This place is not what it should be, service is good, timing is not bad, the food seems good from menu but I have now tried many dishes from noodle dishes to combinations etc. basics things like chicken balls, egg rolls are ok. Anything else (special dishes) are lacking flavour! This place needs salt! I like going here for Chinese food it is easy if you are in Prescott but very bland dishes much without salt. No not over buy from this place it’s not worth the money.

Today bought food from them. They charged $20 for chicken fried rice with beef and broccoli. The food is very plain and doesn’t have any taste and also there was only 2 pieces of beef. The food is not good overall. Waste of money !!!!
