I loved this little cafe and shop. I bought a beautiful ring from the shop and my husband and I both had a delicious cafe mocha latte from the cafe. Yum! The people working there were kind and helpful! We will be back the next time we are on the island!

I had a great cup of coffee while my wife did a little shopping.
Thai place is really a terrific slice of the Manitoulin Island experience. Super friendly staff, and the sandwiches aren't bad.
Highly recommend.

Nice meeting place in Providence Bay. Good for a coffee/tea and snack. By 6pm it's usually closed. The menu is pretty narrow. But the space is cool. Couches with a super long communal table. Really nice murals on the building. Perfect location.

Cute store, but staff are rude. As we were ordering our coffee we kept observing how rude 2 of 3 staff were to the other employee, as if they don’t realize how visible they are to customers. Even overheard the 2 of them telling the 3rd staff member not to wear the colour clothes she was wearing and to wear different stuff. It was so disrespectful … Made me feel uncomfortable sitting there just having coffee. The two staff seemed prejudice/ bullies to what seemed like a newer employee.
Great coffee but staff are kinda prejudiced against outsiders.
I was called a city slicker to my face and they laughed about it so needless to say I will not return

If you’re on Manitoulin Island, a visit to the Mutchmor Cafe and Shop in Providence Bay is an absolute must.
Amazing atmosphere at Mutchmor Cafe, as soon as you step inside, you're greeted with a warm and inviting ambiance. They offer warm or cold drinks and fresh baked snacks. I had the chai latte and was thoroughly impressed with its rich flavour.
What sets Mutchmor apart, is its fusion of cafe and boutique. While enjoying your drink and snack, you can peruse a diverse array of items for sale, ranging from clothing and jewelry, music to artworks and woodwork.
The staff are friendly and attentive, they make you feel like a valued guest from the moment you walk in.
Don't miss out on this hidden gem—it's a true highlight of Providence Bay.

Good coffee but not a place for food. One sandwich option and some cookies. The staff weren't friendly and it wasn't a spot I wanted to stay and hang out in.

Went in to browse … coffee & a cookie, oil painting by Omer and an Alice Coltrane album! Cool, laid back and friendly vibe. Will definitely be back!
