I love this place and I order at least once or twice per month to stock our freezer. I've never found anywhere else that has so many grain-free and AIP-friendly baked goods. Also, where in the world would we ever find tigernut sourdough bread?! My favorites are the butternut squash tigernut load, the ROO tigernut load and the leek & herb (seasonal) tigernut loaf. I have purchased bread, scones and muffins……all absolutely delicious. I am going to continue to expand my choices, trying types of bread using ingredients I have never heard of.
The date squares and tigernut sourdough bread is amazing. I can't wait to try more of what the bakery offers. My first order so far is so good. I am following an AIPish/Paleo diet. This hits the spot.
