I stop by this Tim Hortons every morning for my coffee, and I have to say, the customer service here is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are always fresh and made just right. One person who truly stands out is Jane. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile and such a positive attitude-it's the perfect way to start the day. Her kindness and energy make a real difference, and it shows that she genuinely cares about her customers. It's always a pleasure to see her behind the counter. Everyday i visit in this tim-horton for grabbing coffee and sometimes for eating as well. There is one lady working there, her name is Therese. Most of the time she got my order. She is so nice. She is always have smile on her face while taking an order and while making as well. That’s why i am putting review for her.

Not a good experience, I came in the evening for the first time. For the morning staff is great but I don't know, the girl I talked in the evening was rude, and when I said hi, she said 1 minutes and checked her phone.
