I want to share feedback about Jane (window) and Christine (order taker): These two women are FABULOUS, because of them I go out of my way to go to this restaurant, and I go more often then I really need (but thats not so bad LOL). They remember me, remember my order, they're so friendly and kind, they strike up conversation but not at the detriment of the drive-thru and the times. They brighten my day, and any day I've just needed a positive pick me up, they've always been it. They've also never gotten an order wrong.

I ordered a chicken wrap thru the mobile app and when I got to the drive thru the lady told me “please next time don’t order food at night time”
She didn’t want to make my order and she refused to give me a refund. I was forced to chose between a turkey sandwich which I didn’t want or leave without food or my money
Worst customer service experience ever. Don’t go to this Tim Hortons!!

Here the problem I have with the Tims it seems like they have different prices, cause the scramble egg box is usually 4.99 but here at 1 Nicolas Beaver rd in Puslinch price is 5.09. Why? As per the manager all tims should be the same price. I don’t think that is right.

The staff are always friendly and efficient, and the food and drinks are always fresh and made just right. One person who truly stands out is Jane. She greets everyone with a beautiful smile and such a positive attitude-it's the perfect way to start the day. Her kindness and energy make a real difference, and it shows that she genuinely cares about her customers. It's always a pleasure to see her behind the counter.
