Came for a show at the casino . Went to have dinner before and watch the Jays game. Sat at the bar. The worst service received. Not friendly at all. Not attentive . Had to ask for condiments twice . Wanted another drink, waited for the bartender to look our way to ask for a drink. Rolled his eyes when we asked for water and took 10 minutes to get our billed paid . The only reason we tipped was so the kitchen could receive. Tip out for their wonderful food cooked.

Went on a Saturday night at the restaurants opening, before a show and everything was delicious! Portions of food were large and everything came out piping hot. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, even with it being a busy weekend evening. I highly recommend their piña colada, so yummy!

The waitress and her service was great . She could not provide recommendations on food or drink as she told us she is not allowed to eat/ drink there . The menu online has allot more options then what was actually offered and the food was mediocre at best . Tastes like it qas a pre-made and heated . For the cost yoh would expect to to taste better

My husband and I eat at Simcoe Yardhouse once or twice a week and find that the daily specials (today's was Turkey Pot Pie/Caesar Salad) are very good and a nice change from their limited menu. Please keep doing this or expand your menu to include more variety of dishes! Your soup of the day, creamy wild mushroom, was excellent as usual!

The service at the Yardhouse restaurant at Casino Rama was fast and efficient. Food was excellent although the selection is limited now. They need to add more variety to their menu. We did enjoy our meal.
Experience was disappointing because of very limited menu! When I made reservations on lline (open table), the menu provided was very different. Server advised us the menu changed 2 years ago and has not been updated on line!!! This is what was very disappointing! Our server was excellent and turned our burger and wings order into a pleasant experience. Can't fault server at all but would not recommend unless you are simply looking for burger and/or wings dining experience.
Waited over an hour for our food while all the tables after ours got theirs. Waitress did not come to check on us at all, had to ask the manager to find our food. Food came out cold. Confused on why it took so long when it's clearly frozen boxed food.

This venue needs to have more staffing on concert nights. There were lots of empty tables, but a very long lineup to even get in the door. They weren’t seating people by asking number of guests and they were lots of two people per table options, but we had to line up in the same lineup with large groups. There were tables sitting, empty for long periods of time with food on them, and nobody cleared them in a timely fashion. No busboy and wait staff doing all of the clean up in addition to trying to serve. This is very poorly organized. Also had to wait quite a while for waitress to take our order. I don’t believe this is her fault due to the fact that they had to clean the tables to after everybody is finished. Very slow and even though we got there early, we barely made the concert and actually missed the first two songs. They should know on concert nights that they will have increased people and staff accordingly. At the very minimum they should have a bus person to clear the tables and this would decrease the time between tables not being utilized. We had to rush eating, and although the food tasted really good, I ended up having to get a container because I didn’t have time to finish it. It was less than enjoyable.

We visited Rama for a concert ... and decided to eat at the Yardhouse. We had a reservation, which is highly recommended,.. especially on a concert night. Service and food were great. Only maybe suggestion.. the menu is pretty of limited. Please add more choices for frequent diners .

The food was very good, however, the menu is very very limited. I had the chicken fingers and fries with gravy and it was very good and the portion size was good. Two of our party had the beef dip and would recommend it.
Food and service were good. The menu choices were pretty limited. I remember coming here and having nice appetizers and drinks but that's doesnt seem to be a choice any longer. Otherwise fine

We went on Christmas for dinner. The place wasn't very busy at all. Our waitress didn't come to our table for a good 10 minutes after we were seated. She seemed flustered and wanted to take our food order right away. We wanted to just have a drink for a few minutes first. She took forever to bring us our 3 simple drinks (1 whiskey and 7, two gin & tonics). When she finally showed up with those drinks, I immediately ordered a second round because I could see it was going to take a while. Took our orders, and we waited absolutely forever for our food. I'm not sure how long it actually was, but maybe 30 minutes. In the meantime, our waitress could be seen paying a lot of attention to one specific table of two, she must have known them personally. So she brought our food and then disappeared. We were fine and didn't need anything, but she didn't check on us once during the meal. Again, she visited that one table a couple more times. We ordered dessert and again waited a very long time. The other waiter came over and asked how we were and I said we were fine but still waiting for our desserts. He seemed surprised, and mumbled something about somebody (our waitress? Not sure) being out for a smoke, which I thought was an unprofessional thing to say. Finally got dessert and it was ok. Weird to serve egg nog cheesecake with mango coulis, but whatever. Overall, food was just okay, service was super slow and inattentive, but not unfriendly. Like I said, I normally have lots of empathy for busy servers, but I could see no reason for the delays. It was not busy and she had maybe 5 tables including ours. Not recommended.
