Cindy is the worst manager here, doesn’t know how to treat customers and is very rude. She has no clue what she’s doing. The other manager Scott, seems to be more efficient than her, and he hasn’t even been there for that long.

Came for dinner to St Germain’s tonight. Booked my table 2 weeks ago for 7:45 pm. Arrived at 7:35 pm and was told by a hostess named Cindy that I am too early! I just ignored it as I did not think arriving 10
Min prior to my reservation was early. Cindy asked if we were seeing a concert later on that evening, which we were. She said that there is no way that we would be able to have our main course because the kitchen was 2 hours behind so my best bet would be to order an appetizer or go to the buffet. I said that appetizers would be fine. Our server came and took our order right away and the main course came 15 min later! Meanwhile we rushed like crazy to eat our appetizers so we did not enjoy the main course anyway. Cindy was extremely rude and made the whole dining experience very unpleasant.

From our hostess seating us with such a kind friendly happy greeting , to our excellent server Eric , Who was incredible, So professional, So courteous. We wanted for nothing. He was absolutely on top of everything and we’re not even picky. People to our food that was by far the best steak I have ever eaten we will definitely be back.

Dinner last night was fantastic, but what really made the night was our server, Ben. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive without being overbearing, knew the menu inside out, and made genuinely great recommendations. You could tell he actually cared that we had a good experience—not just doing the usual script. Food was great (the tomahawk rib steak was a standout), but honestly, service like that is what makes you want to come back. Big thanks to Ben for making the night feel special. We'll definitely be back soon.

Very disappointing ribeye steak. Last time it was exceptional and after waiting another year for my treat night out, it was upsetting. The wait staff was wonderful but since they were undergoing construction, maybe they didn't have access to the proper kitchen or something.

Dined in the middle of the restaurant relocation, so it was as good as it would get. The food is average, but nothing that really stood out. With that being said the quality of fish and meat is very good, but some dishes need to be refined in how they are cooked.

We have been going to St Germain's for year's to celebrate our anniversary and birthday's The service and the food have always been excellent The last time we were there it was concerning about the service when my husbands heated butter arrived after he was almost finished his meal, But this time service was terrible. When we arrived it took a long time for our server to even come to our table to fill the glasses with water. Prior to that another server did give my husband a wine list to look at With the room almost empty we were put in front of the serving station it would have been nicer to be seated at a better location After over an hour we received our food. My husbands lobster and shrimp were cold and the server forgot to tell the cook I wanted fries instead of mashed potatoes. So my order had to be fixed. My husband decided that his food was already cold so he decided to wait for my dinner to be redone. This is something we look forward too. I will have to reconsider if it is worth going there in the future

The food was excellent. Unfortunately, & this has never happened before, we waited one hour before it came. Didn't know if it was related to the renovations happening & service was now being offered in Weirs.

Amazing AAA Alberta beef. Menu prices online not yet updated and were higher than online prices. Disappointed there was no prime rib, but the tenderloin was delicious.

At 90 yrs. old the tastiest tenderloin I have ever had. Fast service, fantastic server catered to every detail of my order. Already made reservations for my next visit.

It wasn't a busy night but we were treated very well by Kevin. Everything was great. We had the rack of lamb and salt n vinegar pickerel. Both delicious!
