Everyday I ask for ice in my Americano, I'm not sure if they don't understand that trying to drink boiling hot water is unpleasant but it's hit or miss with the ice. I've asked for it so how hard is it to put it in there?

For the first time ever I tried there flatbread pizza on Friday in the Rama tims store I ended up with severe cramps and diarrhea not good I was at my yatch that night in Rama just before Irillia on not very happy with this ordeal
