I’m sorry but it literally takes sooo long, I will be there in the drive thru for 1 thing and it will take 10-15 mins. For such a small location I don’t understand why it takes so long :(

Everyday I ask for ice in my Americano, I'm not sure if they don't understand that trying to drink boiling hot water is unpleasant but it's hit or miss with the ice. I've asked for it so how hard is it to put it in there?
