They really need to make sure the hot chocolate is filled. Nothing worse than ordering a cafe mocha or straight hot chocolate and you get hot water. Ordered a cafe mocha today and it is bad. Tastes like a coffee and water mix. Also I have always gotten whipped topping on a mocha as it came that way, now they charge an extra.80 for whipped topping. I would have returned but was already home when I tried it. Will be more diligent to check next time as so not to waste money.

If I could give zero stars I would. When ordered 2 breakfast Sandwiches one with no cheese I got “oh my god , aren’t people getting picky these days” rude staff complaining about doing their jobs is ridiculous and very unprofessional. Unfriendly environment and do NOT recommend wasting your money on a place like this. Management seems to be nonexistent

Whoever was working on Sunday, May 21st @12pm. We could hear you making fun of us and our order. I hope this will be corrected. You should not employ people who talk/act like this.Multiple times we have overheard the employees talking and laughing about sending out wrong orders. But they want a pay raise?? make my bagel right first lol

gave me the wrong order 2 days in a row. When I returned and let them know they were rude to me like it was my fault. They also demanded the old food back through the drive thru window, I believe this is in violation of heath codes. Free breakfast for the employees? I recommend getting your coffee somewhere else

4.5 STARSStayed at Rama for a couple of nights with mr. Trans family for a little mini March break getaway, and was on our way home and stopped by Timmies to get my toddler some timbits and a tea and bagel for myself.Drive thru was fast and quick, the lady on the speaker was polite and didn't rush us with our order as I don't order from timmies often and forget what kind of bagels they have and what type of cream cheeses they offer nowadays.I usually get earl grey double double and it can be a hit or miss sometimes, but this location had it perfect, the bagel was also toasted to perfection with just the right amount of cream cheese, not too little and not overkill. Definitely a place to stop by for a quick coffee/tea fix in the middle of nowhere.
