Slowest drive through I've ever been to in my life. Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes and not even an acknowledgement or an apology for the slow wait time. Will be choosing a different restaurant next time I'm in Renfrew.

The store is the same as any other A&W. But been there 3 times. Every time been a 15 - 20 wait to get 2 combos. Even drive thru is a extremely long wait.

Food is a 4 only because it's fast food. The staff here was amazing like helpful curious, young lady with died hair didn't get her name but if you know who she is her service was better than any fast food anywhere. The is the model employee customer service will definitely make me return

The best A&W location we've been to! Customer service was thorough, kind, and fast. Food was great (burger not falling apart, hot and perfectly seasoned fries). Interior was clean and organized.

I just stopped for the washroom and was going to grab my kid a meal but the state of the washroom and cleanliness of this establishment did not make me want to eat there.

Food was great, clean place, and good service, but the place was understaffed. The employees did really well and held their composure. I say this having left the fast food industry. We had to wait more than 15 mins before they could take our order inside the store and we were slightly charged wrong. If they just had one more person, it would make a world of difference. I would likely give 5 stars otherwise. I blame management on this one... :(
