A&W is always a great choice for a quick bite, and my recent stop at an outlet on the way from Ottawa to Barrie didn’t disappoint. The burger was as delicious as ever, with that signature taste A&W is known for. The staff were incredibly friendly, making the experience even better. A solid spot for a tasty and satisfying meal on the road

This was the worst A&W we have ever been at. The line was so long it was hard to move around, they said they couldn't take any more orders "because the screen is full". Took over 10 minutes to order, then 20 minutes for the food. Definitely NOT a quick stop in. The bathroom was also disgusting, had no toilet paper and it stinks. Would never stop here again..even if I was starving and desperate.

Drove from out of town. Restaurant was absolutely filthy. Ordered chicken sandwiches on the app. And a combo with rings inside. The sandwiches had no mayo. No tomato! Which was ordered seperately and cost "extra" The onion rings were so disgusting after one bite they got thrown out. Cooked in old oil the film is still in the roof of my mouth an hour later. Oh......the burger had half a head of lettuce on it! Just a terrible experience! And never again. We've never had this type of service from the Arnprior location or any other A&W that we've frequented in the past. What a waste of money!

Very noisy fridge, cold place, out of order toilets, my fries were cold, and 20,87 $ bill for a burger combo with cold fries... Really ???
The lady at the cash even tho repeatedly said we wanted an ice tea was too incompetent to punch it in. When we waited for the cup she looked at us like we were idiots went to the cash register and said it would $2.50 or whatever which at that point I was done with the terrible service so we left.
