Rarely do I usually give a 5 star rating. But this restaurant deserves it. Over the past 4 years, this has become the soul fast food restaurant I eat from in Renfrew. Due to its friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and ease of parking and drive through access.

after the wendy’s curfuffle. this was a great option, only had to say my order once lady taking the order was nice. slightly slower service but they were FRESHLY cooking the fries unlike wendy’s in arnpoir which had been recooked 4 times. burger was MOIST. and very flavourful and staff was so nice. order right down to a tee with all my burger modifications.

Slowest drive through I've ever been to in my life. Terrible customer service. Waited 20 minutes and not even an acknowledgement or an apology for the slow wait time. Will be choosing a different restaurant next time I'm in Renfrew.

The store is the same as any other A&W. But been there 3 times. Every time been a 15 - 20 wait to get 2 combos. Even drive thru is a extremely long wait.

On the Fast Food scale an absolute 5/5. Friendly and efficient service (table service even), a clean interior and as far as fast good goes, top quality and freshness. Would come here any day!

Food is a 4 only because it's fast food. The staff here was amazing like helpful curious, young lady with died hair didn't get her name but if you know who she is her service was better than any fast food anywhere. The is the model employee customer service will definitely make me return

The best A&W location we've been to! Customer service was thorough, kind, and fast. Food was great (burger not falling apart, hot and perfectly seasoned fries). Interior was clean and organized.
The Place is dirty, kids are in charge so poor service and attention to detail. Got out order totally wrong.
