This is a great place I can't wait for them to put roots down in Renfrew and get settled in . Went there for breakfast . Great friendly and courteous service with great food . Quick access off the highway. Alphacater is separate from the hotel with lots of seating for groups and family gatherings . This is what Renfrew has been needing for awhile . Don't be afraid to venture out of the downtown core. This place is well priced ,W/C accessible and taking reservations. Like I said don't be afraid to try something new . Glad to see a new restaurant with a fresh menu .

I had a very expensive poutine towards closing and the fries were very dark but not very cooked, like they used old and dirty oil in their fryer. The waitress was very friendly but for a poutine that was $14.99 it was definitely not worth it. We also had beer and what I tasted was an off-flavor commonly associated with dirty tap lines.*Reply to response*Yes, I ate at your restaurant. Your fryer oil is not "new" my fries weren't cooked. You can't respond to negative reviews with "did you even eat here" Poor response.*updated response* Our waitress specifically said she needed to "change the keg" before giving us beer at the time we went, finding it suspicious that you don't know what you serve.

Had a great time last week the food was great. Got chased out by the unfortunate butchering of some great songs on karaoke by teenagers. Mike Joanis the owner was super sweet made my girlfriends and I feel right at home. Going to have to give karaoke a try next visit. ?? please be kind

I saw a weekly advertisement on Facebook. Pho was the special for today. Called in the order for pick up and it was ready when I got there, the smell was great. Broth was terrific and the noodles etc was fresh and tasty. I would get it again. Good portion size and priced right. A ton of parking available.

My group arrived around 5:30pm and waited approximately 10-15 minutes to be seated. After we were seated we ordered drinks from the bar, it took another 10 minutes to receive those. When it came time to order our meals I ordered the chili. When it arrived it was lukewarm at best. Others in my party had issues with their orders too. I did receive food poisoning from my meal and do not recommend eating here. The prices were outrageous, $19.00 for a bowl of chili. We will not be back.
We just had our first meal here and we were very pleasantly surprised. This is what Renfrew needs, good, fresh food with an owner that has a passion for his work. We look forward to returning and seeing what the growing menu will provide. Congratulations on a great start!

What a great spot! I stopped in for a visit yesterday and was greeted with fantastic customer service and delicious nachos! So lovely to see this space being used. Looking forward to watching it spring back to life. Welcome to Renfrew :)
