Really enjoyed the food .. waitress was friendly and very helpful.. my phone wouldn't charge in the car on a long trip and she lent me hers.. never like to be without cellphone in snowy weather on long rd trip lol 😁

We had a take out Pizza and Chicken Wings for dinner tonight. Amazing Food. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the wings were the best in town. Thanks for the great food.

We have always enjoyed our visits to this establishment. Today, as always, the food was magnificent, however the service was not up to the norm. There was an error in one of our orders, and the service after the order taking was done by other servers. Our server did not even do a quality check on our meals let alone stop at our table other than when we asked for our bill. And after the bill was paid, we realized that we recieved the wrong bill. The difference was minimal so we did not question it, but it was still the wrong bill.

All in all, Finnigans is still a great place for a comfortable meal, any time of the day.

Consistently good food with excellent service, and a price tag that won't break the bank.

I stop in occasionally for lunch and it's always really good, but today I ordered the French onion soup for the first time... it was amazing! French onion soup isn't always done right but here it is perfection! Croutons still had crunch, cheese was golden and it wasn't too salty! Perfect for a rainy cold day! Pass along my love to the chef!

Honestly, I went back after a while and I saw Oliver and Darren weren’t there anymore, and like i just missed them so much, they made the place so cozy! I just miss Odog and HUMONGOUS D!!!

Looking for a bite and stopped here on a whim on a long drive home, both of our meals had home cooked vibes and were delicious! Prices were very reasonable, and service was fantastic!

Just want to give a shout out to Finnigans Renfrew for some excellent customer service. Back in the fall, the hubs ordered ahead and swung by on his way home from work in Arnprior, to pick up some fajitas for our supper, only to get home and realize we had everything to assemble fajitas… except the meat 😳. It was a real “Where’s the beef” moment (if ya know ya know 🤭). We live outside Golden Lake, between Eganville and Killaloe, so it isn’t exactly a quick trip back to grab our protein. We called to let them know of the oops and the server that answered the phone was very apologetic and offered some form of restitution (which this ol’ “where’s the beef” era gal can’t exactly remember, but it was something). We thanked them and said we just wanted to let them know (someone would likely be wondering why there was some extra fajita meat sitting around looking lonely and abandoned). Anywho, minutes later the phone rang, it was one of the owners, Brad; he apologized again, acknowledged that it wasn’t exactly a quick/convenient trip back to grab the missing meat and wanted to make it right. He said that the next time we were in, our meal was on the house. Fast forward to today, many months after the fajita fiasco 🤭 and our first time back since, we asked Brad if he remembered the fajita incident of ‘24 and he absolutely did. Brad made good on his promise. We had an excellent dinner and walked away happy, well fed customers. That my friends, is excellent customer service! Kudos Finnigans Renfrew.
