Finnigan's Roadhouse Renfrew

I get here once a year to visit family in Renfrew. Finnagans is a small road house that is quaint, good service.

NOT anymore.
Prices are sky high, and food is horrible. Either deep fried and dripping in grease (beware the boneless chicken wings unless you are working your way to poor health.)

Ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce, what a disgrace! It HAD to be a jar of bottled sauce like Ragu. I found 2 little pieces of ground beef in a pool of watery sauce.
So sad for the lovely little Renfrew, Ontario town.

I hold the owner personally responsible.

Great food, great service. Out for lunch with family and friends. Everyone happy satisfied and pleased. Will be out go to when we are in Renfrew.

We always have a great experience at Finnigans. Their signature Finnigans salad is my absolute favourite thing (please don't get rid of it!!) All the wait staff are so great, and the food is always delicious. If you're ever go out to brunch, this place has the best buffet with ALL the things! Never disappoints :)

Service was excellent! Food was very good, we had the chicken fajitas and my only complaint was the salsa from a bottle. Fresh made salsa is easy and much more deliscious. Atmosphere was nice and homey.

Feel like stepping back into the late '70s early '80s? Come here and you'll go back in time. Same atmosphere, decor, and food ( I know, I was in my 20s in the '70s). We stopped here on our way traveling. My wife had a turkey dinner. I had their spaghetti & meat sauce. My wife's dinner was declared "good". I declared mine awful and something right out of the '70s made with grossly water-looged spag covered in a "meat sauce" that had no hints of meat and tasted of plain tomato juice. A definite hit & miss kind of meal. Mind you, the locals seem to love it as it was pretty much packed.
