We had the chicken skewer special this week. It came with a chicken skewer, rice, potatoes, and a super large fresh Greek salad each. ALL for 30$. One of the best take out meals we have had from a restaurant in a long time. Highly recommend checking out their daily specials

First, I’d like to share that I have been a waitress in the restaurant industry And understand what service means. What happened tonight was one of the poorest experiences I have ever had.
My husband and I arrived about 4:55 pm this evening and we were the SECOND table in the entire restaurant. We ordered an appetizer which was brought to us within 10 minutes and we had ordered our main meal at that time which was pork Souvlaki.
An HOUR later The restaurant was full and we still had NOT received her dinner. We’d asked our waiter multiple times with the status was considering they were bringing meals out to other tables that arrived after us. To see everyone being served around us and our waiter walking by without giving any honest feedback or updates is completely unacceptable.
He was dishonest and at no point if you tell us the truth about what was happening other than sorry for the wait it will be a shortly.
Finally at 5:55 I asked to speak to the manager who finally came to the table and he tells us that they had run out of pork. At NO point did anyone give us this explanation nor ask if we wanted a different meal possibly chicken ) or even get a top up to our drinks?
Very disappointed, not only at the waiter but the owner as well. Honesty with customers will get you a long way. Terrible 😣 word of mouth is powerful. It’s too bad it will be a negative review.

After having tried every place in Renfrew, I can say for my money this is the best pizza in town, specifically the Gyro Pizza.

We have been eating at Kara’s way for many years since they opened and we are never disappointed! We had the most amazing pizza we have ever had! Our compliments to the chef you never fail us! I ordered a small Greek salad this evening, as a take out order. What came was a salad without black olives and only one small piece of feta cheese. The salad was lack lustre at best, and very skimpy on the typical ingredients found in a Greek salad. My partner ordered a beef giro platter. What he got was an equally dismal Greek salad, 2 tiny potatoes wedges and a bland beef giro. Unimpressed with the quality of food, sadly. Won't order from here again.

The food was great full of flavour.The waitress was very helpful and patient. She did not rush us at all. The resturant was very open. Not over crowded with too many tables. Really enjoyed my lunch there.

Had the Greek appetizer, excellent and soup of the day.
Great place in a Monday evening. The food was super tasty and a lot for the price you paid. It was the first cozy restaurant we found in our road trip through Canada. Service was also super friendly. Would definitely recommend

Pork skewers were very dry, as was the rice which had crunchy bits in it, one quarter of a potato. Phoning in my order wasn’t a good experience. I called and it rang and rang. So I hung up to call back again ( it was 4:30pm). Abysmal service in all.

Just finished having another excellent meal at Karras Way! Basically only one waitress handling the tables downstairs as there was a function happening upstairs as well. But she was amazing! She was handling us, and the other customers and was doing a great job! Thanks again for the delicious food and amazing hospitality, Tim and crew!

been here multiple times, food portions are large, and it’s very good food. the owner works as a server which to me is a green flag - shows he cares about the restaurant unlike chain restaurants :), a little expensive but that’s just how it is - it’s still cheaper than other restaurants near me
