We went as a group of 30-35 to hold a 2-2.5 hr meeting. We tried to arrange using the upstairs room but were told we would have to rent the room to use it. Didn't matte that we were all purchasing meals and beverages. An average bill was about $40. You would think bringing $1200-1500 in meal purchases would have been enough to allow a private room. The atmosphere downstairs was crowded and loud. Servers were slightly pushy trying to pass through to server tables. Once we received our meals, we never saw another server to refresh drinks the entire time we were there. Pretty much had to grab a server by the arm to get service. Unfortunately with the way management/staff handled out group, I'd never recommend anyone to use this restaurant if you were having a large group to hold a meeting or such.

We ordered take out for Valentine's Day, and were quite disappointed with the food. Looking forward to having authentic Greek food, my souvlaki and Greek salad were good. the potatoes included with my meal were boiled, not roasted and did not have garlic sauce that you would find with most Greek potatoes. My husband ordered a munchie platter which was "ok" at best. My daughter had a simple chicken finger meal. When she opened her container, the chicken fingers were burnt. They obviously had been in the deep fryer too long.I've had better Greek food at a shopping mall food court. I would not go back here.

Horrendous service. We were for dinner and it wasn't like the place was packed but didn't see our waiter for 20mins after seating while being ignored by 3 other waiters that kept passing our table. Ordered got the soups than 30mins later the waiter came back to ask us what we ordered than another 30min wait for the actual food with no one asking our about our food giving us water or taking any empty plates. Than didn't even get to eat desert there due to all the delays this with all the bad music and waves of cigarette smell whenever a heavy smoker walked by. Food was actually tasty with very flavorful Greek rice and large portions. Probably best to do take out only.

Had the most delicious dinner tonight for Valentine’s Day! We always get take out here. Tonight had the chance to dine in. Great young lad for a server! Best food in town, in my opinion! Great experience all around ❤️

I was just passing through Renfrew on my back to Montreal and I came across this enticing Greek restaurant… and it did not disappoint at all!Quite succulent dishes and wonderful owners.Definitely a must if you’re in town!
Best Greek restaurant since Cobourg Ontario. Great atmosphere.

Ordered a delivery in town of a platter. The person said half an hour, at around 4pm. Called then up after one hour, heard it will be within moments. Waited for another 30 mins. Then went out to get something else since I am a diabetic. The delivery shows up after another 10 minutes. Cancelled the order. The owner was rude and unapologetic. I strongly advice not to visit this place.

Very disappointed in the seafood platter got two scallops that’s it not worth the money I love karrass way I’ll always love there gyros but won’t be getting the seafood platter again

Best restaurant in Renfrew. When I visit Renfrew I always come to Karras wayEdit: I came in Friday and the server refused a take away order at 8 PM. Despite the hours listed as closing at 9 pm. I always order gyros to go and its never an issue. I drove quite far and was disappointed the server wasnt helpful or even let me finish my sentence before tirning me away
