Ordered chicken and fries, got onion rings and no gravy, thanks

We ordered 4 piece and 4 tenders. Local KFC called me informing that they only have 2 chicken breast available and rest they have tenders available and can replace remaining piece with tenders. At that point I decided to cancel the order and asked about the same. Lady at local KFC tells me that you can cancel it online. I then hung up in hope to cancel the order online. Tried it from KFC app and when clicking on "cancel order" button it takes you to local KFC'S phone number where she mentions that there is no Way to cancel the order and I'll have to take a loss. This is not acceptable.

I refuse to give even one star for any part of my experience but in order to place a review I had to give 1 undeserving star.
My daughter place an online order for our annual dinner during the hunt. She was to pick up at 5:45 and arrived at 5:47 to be told her order was already picked up. The only other person that knew she was grabbing KFC was ME her mother who was at her own watching her two girls with only one car seat and we planned that she would grab it on her way home but the "manager" tried very hard to convince her that someone she knew picked it up but again there was just my daughter and myself that knew an order was placed online, paid for and was to be picked up be HER. He confirmed that the order was in her name but when she asked him if the person he gave our order to gave her full name and phone number he said NO, HE DID NOT ASK FOR CONFIRMATION AT ALL AND JUST GAVE IT TO HER!!
To add insult to injury he refused to reimburse her money or offer to make the order she paid for online because he didn't know what to do and needed to ask the district manager what to do.
Frustrated with the incompetence of the store manager she picked up dinner elsewhere. Our annual KFC dinner during the hunt has come to an end and any one of the several restaurants that she has ordered from in town without any issues will get our traditional dinner order during the upcoming years of hunting.
I'm not only extremely disgusted with the treatment my daughter recieved but for the lack of restitution or apology!!

Worst chicken that I have ever had. So salty that we had to remove all of the coating to be able to eat any of it. We still threw it out and order pizza. Never again will we get KFC.........

We put in an online order, payment came off my credit card. We go to go pick it up and doors are locked with a sign saying "use other door". Someone comes out, says system is down so they are closed. I asked how to get my money back and am told to call. I call and speak with someone else and explain that I can show what was ordered and that the payment came off my credit card and was told I need a confirmation number from the email. I didn't receive an email. I was then told that it will take 5 to 10 days to receive my refund. I have proof of payment, can show what I ordered as it's under my Order Again thing online so I'm confused as to how the system being down effects the making of food.

There has also been a few times where we were told they have no chicken.

This KFC is a running joke in Renfrew and it seems like the owners don't give a flying crap and definitely have zero accountability. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

The new owners / managers are determined to destroy this restaurant and run it into the ground. Feel genuinely bad for the employees. It’s 110 degrees in there and has been for months. How is this not a health board concern? Ain’t no way that mayo and lettuce is staying fresh. Surely that is also a Labour Board violation.

Considering the prices have almost doubled the quality has hit rock bottom. A teaspoon of gravy on some cold fries is apparently a poutine. And the chicken sandwiches are rock hard fried batter on a stale bun. Plus they’ll nickel and dime you to death.

They were out of chicken at 4:00pm on a Friday. It was 25 minute wait to get any pieces of chicken. No air conditioning, just broiling inside the store. Worst KFC I've ever been to. 0/10, just keep driving.

If I could give it a lower review than 1 star I would.

TLDR: Placed an order for delivery. It was never delivered and when I asked to cancel the order instead, I was told I couldn’t.

I placed an order for delivery of food from KFC directly through their app.

2 hours after the estimated delivery time, I called to ask if there was a delay as the tracker indicated that no one had picked it up. I was angrily told to call Uber and then hung up on.

I called the main KFC line instead of the store directly but was told I had to resolve the issue with the store and patched through to them again.

I was then told that Uber drivers had picked it up three times already (which made no sense to me since the tracker had never indicated it was picked up and the app said it was still being cooked) and that I had to call Uber. I let him know that I had ordered directly through the KFC app. He said I had to call Uber. When I asked if he had a contact number or confirmation number I could use for Uber since I had no information since I had not ordered through them, he angrily said no.

I then asked if I could just cancel the order instead and get a refund and he said no. The call ended with no recourse and I never received any delivery.

Ended up ordering us Domino’s which was prompt, the food was hot, and the delivery guy was friendly.

Most poorly managed kfc I have ever been in first of all it was 33°c inside because management is too tight with their money to provide their employees with air conditioning almost seems like a sick form of torture to give their employee heat stroke In addition to that there was only one employee working?!?!? Who’s smart idea was what, in a job that involves a lot of hot surfaces and boiling hot oil it seems like a serious health concern, what if there was a serious accident how long until that employee is found?!?!? Let’s be honest by the time they are found they would be dead. I will NEVER be shopping here again because I refuse to support such dangerous labour practices!

We had a zinger in Pembroke which was great. Decided to get another for dinner in Renfrew. The staff was rude and the zinger was disgusting with rotten lettuce.

Shame on KFC, not the same since new owners took over, we order a 4 pc meal and a tenders box with popcorn chicken and the tenders were overcooked and maybe the length of my pinky finger and chicken was very small and dried out, fries were very old and gravy was cold…what a waste of $38, I’ll be driving the 1/2 hr to Pembroke and get what I pay for at the Popeyes, you’ve lost my business!!
