I usually don’t have problems at the McDonald’s in Renfrew, but I had a really unpleasant experience recently with a worker, I believe her name is Victoria. When my card had an error and didn’t go through right away, instead of being patient, she got visibly upset and actually slammed the window on me. It was really rude and made me feel uncomfortable, especially since it was just a simple card issue that could have happened to anyone. Most of the staff here are friendly, but this kind of attitude is really disappointing and uncalled for.

First, either fix the speaker at the drive thru or get new headsets?! Crackles a lot. 2nd, why is there a woman taking orders via the Drive thru where, CLEARLY, English is not her 1st or probably even 2nd language. Extremely hard to understand her and probably hard for her to understand us. She got our order wrong even after repeating it over 3x to her. Very frustrating.

Food containers ie paper bags and wraps reeked of perfume. This scent gets into the food as taste, restaurants should be a no scent zone.

Ordered a breakfast this morning I asked for a McGriddle meal when I got it delivered to my work turns out it wasn’t what I ordered and the eggs was badly dripping like it wasn’t fully cooked I wish didn’t give them another chance never again am I ordering anything from there
