It was dull inside, no to go menu, after waiting at counter for 4 min 23 seconds someone finally came out - I did not place order so I don’t know how their food is.

Gluten free experience, ruined!!!
I was really disappointed with my visit. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked about wing flavors (since they’re not listed on the menu), she acted annoyed just to answer me. When I picked one, she immediately told me “those aren’t gluten free” in a condescending tone. I then asked for the mildest option, and she brushed me off with “all wings are spicy.”
That attitude completely ruined the experience—I didn’t feel safe eating what I ordered, and barely touched my plate. The wings were average at best, but the service made me not want to come back.
The only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of less is because of the gentleman who kindly offered me a straw for my drink. He was the only bright spot in an otherwise unpleasant visit.

First initial call to place my order I was met with very rude customer service and the man was very disrespectful and short with me. He gave me no wait time but as we were 12 minutes away and I used to work at a pizza place it’s usually about 40 minutes-1hour if it’s busy. After AN HOUR AND A HALF I gave them a call to see the ETA as I was with a group of people and we were fishing (had been and had been docked waiting for the pizza for 1.5 hours at this point) and the same rude voice answered, said “yeah they’re on their way give them 10 minutes” and hung up on me. After waiting another 30 minutes (2 hours since the initial order was made) I tried calling again, 3 calls all which went ignored. Then the driver, Paul showed up and gave every excuse in the book. He told us that he got lost 5km down the road, one of the delivery drivers was sick and went home (he was very adamant that the driver was not contagious) but he was very friendly and apologetic, he asked why we had not tried calling and I explained that I had multiple times. He tried calling himself when he was there with us and his calls went ignored as well. Paul was very kind at this point and gave us our food for free (THE ORDER WAS ALSO INCORRECT) and we thanked him greatly. He told us that he would settle things with his boss himself and that he thought waiting that long was unacceptable. My friends drinks were missing and the pizzas were cold, thankfully their vegan cheese was very good. Today (the next day) my boyfriend received a cal from a number he did not recognize so he declined it. Then another called right after so I told him to answer it. Lo and behold it was Renfrew Pizza. Calling on a no caller ID line to tell us we needed to come settle the bill. The owner was laughing at us saying we DID NOT WAIT THAT LONG. He clearly had the phone on speaker as well with others laughing. After sitting through a very disrespectful phone call and ignorant comments from the owner, my boyfriend hung up. Not one minute later he received a threatening text message from the same phone number saying that they would call the cops and say that we had intimidated the delivery driver and STOLE THE FOOD. The boat launch that is easily accessible, well marked, a place with security cameras, over a dozen witnesses and phone call records, over a couple pizzas, I am shocked this place does not have worse reviews. Safe to say I would not recommend this place to anyone, yet I’d tell them to avoid it. And the ignorant, lying, disrespectful people that work there. I at least had some respect for the driver Paul until we received that call and text message from the owner.

I loved there pizza but today I ordered a thick crust pepperoni green pepper and mushrooms pizza. I got thin crust pepperoni and green peppers no mushrooms! I order thick crust because that is what I want! I called renfrew pizza and explained. I was laughed at and was told at least I got a pizza!!!! I will never order there again and I will let people I know how much they appreciate their clientele!!!

Great pizza. Good amount of toppings & cheese. Nice crispy crust not too thick, just right. Should have asked for extra sauce but our first visit. Service was excellent on the phone and at the cash. Washrooms were clean. Quaint little place.
