Such a great space and vibe. Pair that up with great service and excellent food. Reservations are wise as it’s busy and popular but not very big. We shared the bruschetta, and then had the Oscar steak, the peppercorn steak, blackened pickerel and cranberry goat cheese stuffed chicken. The desserts were delicious too. We’ll be back.

One of the best lunches I've ever had! My girlfriend got the Rueben and I got the Cajun Chicken Wrap, both were excellent and the complementary potato leek soup was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Would absolutely recommend!

I was so looking forward to coming back here for our second visit and it did not disappoint. Had the blue cheese bacon burger with a side ceasar and soup, and everything was delicious. The soup was a curry lentil and so tasty. The burger was huge, perfectly cooked and had a generous amount of yummy cheese. But the salad was probably my highlight (besides the friendly service!). The dressing is made in-house and is absolutely wonderful. I love a good ceasar salad and this really made my day. Can't wait to be back and try more things! Oh and you can't go wrong with their desserts either. Grab some to go because you won't have room after eating their generously portioned mains!

We have always been delighted with the food, service and atmosphere at the Blackbird and make a point of taking visitors from all over the world to this spot. DON’T be disappointed and then complain….read their opening times - don’t grumble because they were closed when you phoned or dropped by on the off chance. MAKE A RESERVATION - don’t grumble because they couldn’t take you. This place is fabulous, very popular and of course they get very busy. And they’re so nice that it’s a pleasure to stick up for them.

Tonight, myself and a group of friends went and had supper at The Blackbird, and we could not stop raving about it!
I ended up getting the special (Grilled chicken with a garlic cream sauce) and OH MY GAWD was it delicious! I also got myself a piece of cheesecake for dessert and it was fantastic.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is intimate and quant and the service was amazing.
I will absolutely be back - Highly recommend!
