Wonderfully redone! Reopened on Dec 23rd, 2025 totally renovated interior. Fresh, clean, and convenient.

I wanted to compliment the staff at this location. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was the most pleasant cashier I have been served by in years. She was so friendly, and was so caring with the other staff who seemed to be learning.
The service was fast despite it being busy and the food was the best I’ve had at Tim’s in ages, very fresh and well prepared. Usually the chicken noodle soup is 90% water but this soup was packed with noodles and even had real pulled chicken chunks. The coffee was also fresh and tasty.
The staff treated each other with respect and genuinely seemed to be helping each other and treating each other with kindness. The updated space also looked awesome. This was a standout experience and I hope the staff are recognized for their work and positive attitudes.

If you're out of the toppings, say so. I don't want to pay for 3/4-full special hot chocolates without toppings. Tried to call but no one is answering the phone.
Despite specific requests for additional sugarcane syrup and cream, these special instructions are consistently overlooked. Totally bad experience.

Had to wait half an hour for a coffee, that’s disgusting. I myself have worked at Tims for so long but this type of customer service is not at all acceptable. There was line up till the entrance door but no staff was bothered to come and take the order of customers waiting, rather they were all busy talking specifically the drive through staff, don’t know what 6 people were doing at drive through even though when it wasn’t that busy.

They were not that busy in drive through but all the staff were busy chatting and laughing despite seeing the lineup at the cash counter, and were not bothered at all to came and take the order…saw almost 10 people staff working, still the line up was crazy..almost wasted 30 minutes for an ice coffee. They Highly need to improve their customer service

So many fruit flys it was so gross.
Bad experience. Screwed up every part of our meal. Breakfast buns were cold, there was a half of one strip of bacon on one sandwich. Every time I come here they are out of sausages and hash browns, meanwhile more than half the breakfast menu items include sausage and hash browns….. Cold brew had next to no coffee in it, was all sugars syrup and foam, tasted absolutely disgusting, had to throw it out because it was so gross. Tim’s used to be good and this location gets worse every year.

If your going to offer mobile orders have someone other than the counter staff to create them while there orders are filled people in your store are waiting for service some walking out of the store
My car battery died in the drive thru on Monday and 2 managers came out to push my car into a parking spot and brought our breakfast out to us! These people are angels and handled the situation perfectly! Thank you guys so much!

This Tim’s is a great location. Right next to a huge tech center and in front of renfrew station. Clean. Friendly staff. It’s also quite large for a Tim Hortons. Very warm atmosphere.
