My car battery died in the drive thru on Monday and 2 managers came out to push my car into a parking spot and brought our breakfast out to us! These people are angels and handled the situation perfectly! Thank you guys so much!

This Tim’s is a great location. Right next to a huge tech center and in front of renfrew station. Clean. Friendly staff. It’s also quite large for a Tim Hortons. Very warm atmosphere.

Very terrible coffee, me and my boyfriend stopped by for a coffee for our night drive trip and the coffee is absolutely terrible! Taste like it has been there for few days. My iced coffee absolutely taste very bad I had to throw the whole thing away after the first sip. Employees are not friendly, not recommended.

Never been to a worse place in my life when it comes to customer service. The entire place is ran by rude children and the second you complain they look at you dumb founded as if its their god given right to be a nasty person. They dont greet you and they cut you off a million times whime you try to order. They absolutely do not care about providing service or good food at all, they only care about getting you out of the drive thru.

Coffee is usually tasting burnt or something off, the people there hate their jobs and it really shows, and even when approached with a smile, they are so miserable, they assume everything you say is to further drown them in despair. I rather go across town to the other location where I usually get served with a smile and the coffee is usually better.

They lacked certain advertised items, which is standard for a tim hortons. But the staff were very rude in informing us that they didn't have them, cutting us off several times as we tried to move on to the next item. Timbits weren't great and the coffee was awful. The new sandwich was great however so that makes it a little better.
