Can't speak to actual food or food service as the treatment by staff was so rude that I left. After being on the road for several hours, went in to use restroom and get coffee.
Two women ahead of me came out and both said there was no toilet paper in the restrooms so I got the attention of a kid making tidbits and asked if he could get it addressed. He left, came back and said that someone would be right out to take care of it.
5 minutes later, with now a line of customers waiting for the restroom to be restocked, a woman behind me got his attention again to ask if someone was coming. She was immediately rudely snapped at by a woman in the back that "she was taking care of it". Same woman, clearly angry about having to do work, then appeared with one roll, I mentioned to her that there's two stalls needing to be stocked...apparently that information was not well received as she proceeded to snarl at me that no one told her - like there'd be a line of people waiting if one stall was usable...
She proceeded to make snotty comments and be rude to myself and the other women, to the extent that I left.

This is the most dirtiest place I've ever been to. Coffee , food, and who knows what else all over the floor. Maybe they're we're just too busy and understaffed but WTH? The bathrooms were broke down and leaking all over floor. Yeah I get shit happens but the condition of the toilets and general cleanliness is sub par. You could tell upkeep was not on the priority. Let's just say I didn't use the facilities.

Ordered a drink I order very frequently at this very location, was told by the girl on counter we don make those. Witnessed her ask co workers, heard them inform her they do make it and how to make it. She still stuck with we don't make those. Horribly disappointed.

Compared to other Tim's, my Bacon turkey lunch sandwich had 1/2 of one strip of bacon. Nice day so we sat out, but the terrace is a barren place with no greenery, hedges etc. No recycling despite the label on the multi bin. Staff are very friendly.

I’ve been there over 100 times and it’s always the same amazing good vibes!!!! This place doesn’t have that typical grouchy snob who has no respect or patience for their customers If there was a gold medal for the best Tim Hortons they won it a long time ago! Keep it up!! 🇨🇦🍁☕️🍩

Avoid this timmies. The line goes out the door And outside yet they still only have 1 cash open
One of the worst timmies I have ever stepped foot in. Wait 25 minutes in line with 1 cashier only to get to the front and them sell out of everything I wanted because they hace 6 ppl servicing the drive through.
The owner needs to fire the manager. There is ZERO management happening.
I feel bad for the single chap running the cash and prepping their drinks
We have a camper near by and have come in the last couple of weekends. Both times We were served by a gentleman who clearly should not be working in a customer facing service job. He is angry and agressive. I understand having a bad day... but when this is clearly your overall attitude towards life.... find something else thar brings you joy and stop trying to ruin the day of all those around you.
