Went through around 6:30 am on August 6, 2025. The service was unbelievably rude. The lady taking my order cut me off 3 times and said to pull ahead before I was even done ordering. When I pulled up to the window, they hadn't gotten our timbits so I told her she didn't get my 20 pack and I wanted it added to the order. I told her 20 assorted timbits with no chocolate ones as they were for the dog to eat along our trip. We got 9 chocolate and 11 plain.... oh and they didn't even toast the English muffin....

Was going to order a bagel for my sandwich.... their was over 15-20 flies on them and its turned my stomach. You need to keep your food in cases. That's just gross for a restaurant to consider okay ... won't be back

I've been too many times horton and at this tim horton I experienced the best service out of them all staff is always happy and I get my order in a reasonable time.

Donuts that should have glaze have next to none. Donuts with filling have next to none. All the iced coffee beverages are heavily over-creamed. Frequent general mistakes such as repurposing coffees without putting proper mixture in (todayās coffee had an R with a D overtop; it was supposed to be a DD but was just a regular). This review is based off multiple visits and experiences throughout many different locations. Also, when addressing the issue to the teenage staff, you are met with attitude and pushback.

To the staff at Tim Hortons, I wanna say thank you . youāre so kind to me and my dog when I come through during the day and you greet us both with smiles and once in a while, a timbit for Shekina, However, Iām sad to say that the night staff needs to listen a little bit better to their orders ! Two nights in a row now Iāve gotten the wrong coffee, I like my coffee with one cream, one milk I donāt have SUGAR in my diet or very little and two nights now in a row Iāve received a one cream one sugar.
I canāt go back because I do the night shift and itās the only thing that gets me through the night shift. , I cannot drink the coffee Iāve been given due to itās got sugar in it. Can you please bring it to your staff attention that some people cannot have sugar and when they order one cream one milk thatās what they need to have . It may not be a big deal but to me itās huge, especially when I think itās one cream one milk and I take a huge Sip of my coffee to find out. Itās got sugar in it. I look forward to my coffee to have it through my shift. Thereās nothing worse than to start off a shift at night thinking that youāre going to have your coffee and you canāt drink it. It really puts you in a bad state of mind for the rest of the evening.
Iām out now close to five dollars on coffees just because people are not listening to their orders that people are making.
