You know I've had a handful of problems at this store. One constant one is smaller portions due to my size. Friends will order the same as me and have double the food. I might be small but I like to eat. But tonight I went in with a coupon, not only were they incapable of reading the coupon right in their hand making the burgers wrong. I also got a lovely mouthful of a workers hair. Delicious, absolutely what I was craving. I think im done coming here, that was a kind of a final straw.

I’m not always up in time for fast food breakfast or in the mood for it, but when I am, I enjoy Wendy’s.
The breakfast Baconator with wedge fries is delicious! Filling and hearty!
I always order it with a side of the Swiss Sauce that comes on the Breakfast Baconator, to dip my wedge fries in
They charge 60 cents for the 2oz serving of it, but sometimes like to not even fill the 2oz container 1/4 of the way. If I’m paying for a portion, please provide the full portion paid for. That’s all I ask. I always have to check it and get them to fill the whole serving. Other than that, never have a problem or issue with food quality.
The dining area and bathrooms can be less than ideal at this location. And the pump ketchup is often empty.

Not impressed. The wait was painful. We walked in at 7pm, ordered at 722. Food ready pretty average. Food was ok, certainly not the best Wendy's. Not great parking, bathroom not what most fast food places are. Service was ok, she was new and wanted to help, just left to figure it out. Won't be back to this location.

They struggle to do their job. Can’t ever get orders right, but the last two times have really done it. Last time we went we found a massive hair in our burger, only after taking a bite. Threw the burger out. Giving them the benefit of the doubt went again. This time we ordered a poutine with shredded cheese, a burger with only mayonnaise. And a combo 6. No shredded cheese, and no fries with the combo. We come back through the drive through to get those added (giving us a little container of cheese and the fries) Get halfway home and take a bite out of the burger, not just mayonnaise. Everything’s on it. Last time we go there.

I was in the drive thru this evening about after 7:30 the lady that was working at the window but I’m sorry where did you get you’re customer service first she goes tell everyone I had a payment issue and then pretty much throw my last drink at me where my brother in law felt the splash I work in retail and used to work at that location you don’t treat customers like that if you had a bad day there’s no need to take it out on them I’m sorry but you shouldn’t be dealing with customers
