I only come here when I'm in the area and the other a&w are closed because this one is open 24/7. The service here is always bad and the people are not friendly or helpful. Also questionable cleanliness as the floors do not look clean. During promotions on the app, they just turn off online ordering so they would force you to go in and buy things at regular price! Recent order had no napkins and oversalted fries. My advice, come here if it's convenient but go to another location if you can.

This is a common problem across all a a&w No matter what you do, they serve cold rubbery strips, 95% of the time.
I've worked at an a&w. Protocols are not being followed.
The washroom is so tiny and badly designed the door opens directly into the hand dryer injuring anyone using it.
The water pressure? Why is the water from the tap coming so slow? It makes it harder to properly wash hands, and you gotta use more water.
