This is a common problem across all a a&w No matter what you do, they serve cold rubbery strips, 95% of the time.
I've worked at an a&w. Protocols are not being followed.
The washroom is so tiny and badly designed the door opens directly into the hand dryer injuring anyone using it.
The water pressure? Why is the water from the tap coming so slow? It makes it harder to properly wash hands, and you gotta use more water.

This A&W is at really Good Location. As the Plaza is always Packed and Restaurant is quite popular. I Personally Really Appreciate the Staff, Very Friendly and nice nature.
Their burgers are usually good. And they open 24 hours.

Staff refused to put coffee in my tumbler and insisted that's restaurant policy. I've had coffee poured into my tumbler in many AW. At A fast food restaurant prides itself for being environmentally friendly, it's hard to believe it makes staff to insist on wasting paper cups. If that is truly the case, AW, do better.

I visited the A&W at this location and the experience was terrible. I ordered five sandwiches, and the fish sandwich was especially awful — the fish was clearly old, way too dark, and smelled like it was fried in very old, dirty oil. The quality of the food at this location was extremely poor. I won’t be returning here again.
