we been there hundreds times and each time we asked for cup of hot water to warm up the ordered cold milk. But today a rude man cashier refused to offer hot water. So why the hot water tap exists?

Ordered Food with Chai Tea Latte on the app. The staff on the drive thru window said their machine is not working so they do not have any specialty drinks. I told them to cancel the whole order so the amount could be refunded because i only wanted a hot drink without caffeine. They said they cannot cancel the order and insisted that they can only give the food with some other cold drink or coffee.
I refused and asked for refund. They made us wait for long in the window. There were other people who were waiting for their orders . Employee Arlyn said they their manager (on phone ) denied to refund because its an app order. To the employees credit ,they were not rude however they kept asking why don't i want rest of my order. I am not sure why the refund could not be given right away which would have solved the issue.
There was no manager present at this location which is also a negative. I could see why the reviews are really bad at this location. This location is a mess unlike other A&W locations.
Definitely will not visit again.
Update - Refund was issued .Manager reached out and apologized .Increased service rating.

I like the hand washing station here. Food is ok in general, but the weekday morning staff is very rude. She obviously hates her job. The weekend staff are much more friendly.

Today is 5 October and I was very hungry so I want to order burger but when I visit the restaurant it was super busy and just 2 people working one is alone on drive thrw and one is alone on dining so it was disgusting and there is big line and no one care firstly I wait for 15 minutes and then I again ask she take my order and after waiting half an hour she give me cold food I just garbage it and it is happen only because of poor management they should work on your management system I can understand the employees pain they are not responsible in rush hour or in morning or Lunch time they are only 3 alone manager should resign and plz work on your management system give other employees more shift at least

The longest time i've ever waited in a fast food restaurant. it takes them 15minutes to make a buddy burger. It wasn't even that busy in the restaurant. She keeps telling me they are working on it when they havent even started making for me.
