Finally checked out Abruzzo Pizza after hearing my boyfriend rave about it—and it really does live up to the hype. We shared the Abruzzo’s Special Pizza (loaded with toppings), a fried panzerotto with meat sauce (so good), and tiramisu (a miss—it was store-bought and half frozen). Prices are a bit higher than chains, but you're getting real, home-style Italian comfort food. Worth the splurge once in a while!
It's a small pizzaria and you don't expect toouch from ot but when you enter, you are welcomed by super friendly and warm people, their Alice pizza is fantastic. Taste authentic and genuine pizza. Must try
Been on the hunt for years for best lasagna and found it! OMG. Layers of thin, fresh homemade pasta sheets that are like velvet and melt in your mouth. Generously filled with meat and sauce - THIS is a lasagna. And flavourful. Only regret is I didn’t find it sooner. Compares to no other. Pizza is good but we find bland - something missing? Greek salad should have Greek dressing and not balsamic. Still - Abruzzo for the win. No wonder still busy all these years.
