The food was incredible! Everything was fresh, tasty and delightful. Did find it quite pricey for the portions however given the incredible taste will go back.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years, visiting frequently when they first opened. The food, service, and location were always exceptional. However, my experience yesterday was absolutely unacceptable and unlike anything I've ever encountered. When we arrived, the restaurant felt depressed and nearly empty - only one other table occupied. Our waitress seemed miserable from the start, took our order with a poor attitude, and then did the unthinkable: **she went home with our written order without ever submitting it to the kitchen.** We waited and waited for our food. When we finally asked another server about our order, he had no idea what we'd ordered and told us to ask "our waitress." That's when we discovered she had LEFT FOR THE DAY - taking our order with her! This is restaurant management 100% failure. How does a waitress leave mid-shift with pending orders? Where was the manager oversight? The remaining staff seemed clueless about basic operations. What makes this even more frustrating is that this restaurant has everything going for it - prime location, quality food, significant investment in decor and ambiance. Yet they're throwing it all away with incompetent staff management and zero accountability. To the owner: You're wasting your investment. Great location and expensive rent mean nothing if your employees can literally walk out with customer orders. This level of unprofessionalism will kill your business reputation permanently. I cannot recommend this establishment until serious management changes are made. Disappointed doesn't begin to cover it.

The food was great and our server made great recommendations as it was our first time. However, the service felt somewhat rushed despite the restaurant not being busy - they kept coming to collect our plates and asking if we were finished even though there was still food on our plates and we were still eating. This happened during appetizers, mains and dessert.

I have always enjoyed coming here over time since the opening of the restaurant. The food has always been top notch and the service to go along with it. Recently on the last couple of visits, I've felt the service slip and wanted to call it out as it's one of the main things that make or break a restaurant. For example today, despite asking for my appetizer to be brought out with the main, the server did not follow thought and created a big gap between between the dishes which my older mother in law found difficult as she was tired to start with. Then we had to hail someone down each time for water, then a takeaway box and so on. I still love this place and hence the feedback... don't let that take you down. Attentiveness is everything.

Overall experience was not that bad! One of the Server was biased as we had a reservation and asked for a preferred seat. He mentioned it is reserved already. Till the time we were there, no one occupied the seat and that was a big lie to us. On the top, food was alright excpet the dahi kebab and virgin mojito.

Made a reservation for NYE dinner with my partner and the servers refused to serve us, while serving customers that came after us. We waited for over half an hour and left the place extremely disappointed. It’s a shame because I actually like their food when I visited previously.
Wouldn't serve or tak3 our orders for half an hour. Ended up walking out. Guess they don't like serving people outside thileur own culture 🙄 gross

I'm thrilled to have finally found an exceptional Indian restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was amazingly delicious. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and spicy, just the way we liked it, and the naan was the perfect accompaniment.
The staff, Palwinder Singh and Vivek, provided outstanding service. They were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and helped us navigate the menu with ease. They also checked in on us regularly to ensure we were enjoying our meal - a nice touch!
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional service.
