Our second visit. Last month we sat near the door and it was cold. Today, a very cold day we chose to sit farthest fr the door and it was freezing, no heat?? We ordered the duck benny again, disappointed, much less shredded duck this time, the salmon salad was good. Ordered 2 canadiano coffees, but she only gave us 1 teaspoon.

The food was definitely good aside from the salad that I ordered once I felt like it was just way overpriced for what it offered. Everything else in that place is delicious. I was a little annoyed, we’ve been there a few times and one of the times they were fairly busy. So we walked in as usually no one greeted us or nothing so we stood there and waited until we found out by coincidence we were supposed to sign up for a wait list which we never did so we proceeded to sign up. I really wish they would’ve told us this while we were standing there like morons and two tables were seated before us. Once we were seated service wasn’t bad, we got our food fast and like previously mentioned it was delicious, at least most of it.

Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t think so, the doors are pretty narrow and the tables are a tad too close together

First time visit. Got waitress registered in waiting list. It was 4 people prior to us in the wait list then we went out wait for text reminder. Surprisingly got text announced we got cancelled in the waitlist. Went into store asked the waiter what was happened, no apology and excuse it to yelp system glitch. When look around there were 10 people be seated prior to us. Terrible wait list service and careless customer service. Don’t trust their waitlist text, they will cancel you for no reason! ! Food was ok. Their washroom was dirty, not seems anyone regular check and clean it properly, no proper sign show how to lock the washroom door. Dinning table is small and seat not comfortable. Will not recommend. If you like their food style, I would highly recommend you try Chillax Co. then you will thank me later.

Cozy brunch/coffee spot, food was delicious and they were consistent with their waitlist. Family friendly. Only note was that substitutions aren't allowed for any menu items including drinks.

Im so confussed. I Don't know if I'm Biased. However I loved this resturant. The food was SOOO tasty. I only ate my sides while I was hear the salad and the potatoes and they were seasoned so nice. I have been raving since I have been there and can't wait to go back.
Also the Peach Lateee 😍 is heavenly, so smooth. Perfect balance not too sweet not to blan. I wish they had a location closer to the west end. Jeff I think his name was, was a very kind host and waiter. Thank you again Alchemy team🙏🏾😌

atmospher is cozy but that's the only benefits. Food is very subpar and the latte art is over rated I'm the picture. Literally a big circle dot when it showed on our table.

Note: please check your salmon on the eggs bennys before serving. You can tell something is wrong just by smelling.

The atmosphere is clam and peaceful, though lots of customers there. The food is so delicious. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Wait time was extremely long! Workers did not really acknowledge my present, and managed tables poorly. After observing and waiting nearly 30-45min and still not getting a table, I noticed the workers did not know how to shuffle the tables or organize in a way that customer were able to come and go effectively. I understand it’s busy at brunch time, but not updating customers and personally seeing 2 empty tables while I was waiting was a bit frustrating. They could have simple combined 2 tables and served multiple customers, or simple arranged the empty singles table in a way to accommodate other parties. Over all not too happy about the service.

Food was great. I Ordered the Braised Pork and Eggs and tasted crisp and seasoned. The hot chocolate was good and the waiter was friendly. Good place for Brunch.

A great brunch spot located in Richmond Hill. Seating is limited and I can imagine how busy it can get on the weekends. Luckily, we visited on a weekday with no queue.

We ordered 2 drinks and 2 mains. The chicken and waffles portion was massive, with 3 drumsticks and 3 waffles, and so so crispy. The salmon eggs benny was a delight as well. The matcha latte and hojicha latte were made perfectly, with some beautiful latte art!!

The servers were so kind and the ambiance was simple & welcoming.

Really sad since they changed their eggs… the taste is noticeably different, and I tried to be okay with it, but the truth is, it’s just not the same anymore…. Sad to lose my favourite brunch spot.
