Food is average, service is definitely lacking, the staff is very rude and unprofessional when I asked if they can accommodate my dairy allergy, and made comments like “most of our dishes have dairy”… I would stay away from this brunch place, there are many other options nearby

Food is great! Had an enjoyable duck benny. Service is great, however it seems there is only one person working and it seems difficult for appropriate timing on service when it gets busy. But overall great food and service! Hopefully they have more hand when they do get busy.

The food was delicious and the quality was definitely impressive — you can tell they put care into their dishes. However, there were a couple of downsides. The restaurant was extremely busy, and with only two staff working, the service wasn’t quite at a five-star level. Also, they don’t accept credit cards, which was quite inconvenient and something I wasn’t expecting.

Food was under seasoned. The sauce pairing with my duck Benny was.... Interesting. My husband really didn't liked the sauce they used for the ox tongue. It's egg Benny, what's wrong with hollandaise sauce? It's still going on top of eggs. The food has a very strong flavor of butter. Very fatty and under seasoned.. The English muffin were all soaked in the sauce they put on top and very thin. Not good. not good. The salad they threw in top had no dressing or seasoned. They gave us our food without ketchup for the mini potatoes. my husband can cook better than this.

I ordered a hojicha latte. It has a black colour and does not taste like hojicha. It was lacking in flavour. Likely came from a tea bag. Use real tea leaves, please. I paid like 6$ for this drink. If you want a good Japanese cafe, go to Wakone cafe. It's a really Japanese cafe that serves excellent drinks. But it doesn't have a lot of hot food options.

Atmosphere is alright. We were seated behind near the washrooms. Not the greatest. The washrooms were relatively clean though.

Pricing is alright and reasonable.

I don't understand the appeal. I can write this off my list.

The best place I've had eggs Benny was at The Flour Mill Scratch Kitchen that was attached to a hotel in Niagara falls. Didn't expected it. We just went there by chance and it was so beautiful.

we went for a late lunch at 2pm and left at 245pm. going to assume the level of food and service was due to the fact that they are closing at 3pm. staff not friendly and food was brought out by someone in the back and didn't ask who was having what and if it was dropped on our table any harder the plates would break. food tasted ok but there was bones in the duck benny, didn't feel well after. going to assume they had a busy brunch service but still.. experience was not good.. won't go back again

DO NOT GO if you want a relaxing weekend brunch.

Tables packed together, noisy. Waiters give you the bill before you are done to rush you out in less than an hour. Does not take credit card. A bit pricier than comparable brunch places nearby. Less variety too.

This restaurant has really gone downhill. Its basically the waiting simulator. You go in and WAIT and the staff completely ignore you until you yell at them for any attention and seating. We went in and they seat us down and after 15 mins they suddenly tell us its RESERVED?? they move and basically forgot we even existed, so we dont get our waters (which is in the smallest cup in the world, no ice) until another half hour. Its been about 45 mins and now they can take an order, another 30-40 mins the food comes. So after a eternity the food is like ok, you just had to wait a decade to get it and dont worry your water will come when the next stage of human evolution arrives. Im a patient dude, I can wait honestly I really can but the staff are not looking at you, not acknowledging when you need something and are not doing anything to help you, food takes a long time. You the customer should not have to wait and let these people figure out how to run a restaurant the day of. That standard 15-18% tip on the machine... just plain unfair. Is it a good restaurant? Sure go eat there have a bad time and lose some money, its life i guess.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I sat down, ate, and paid, I noticed the option to leave a tip — and realized he was simply doing the bare minimum. When I asked if he could bring me a glass of water and some tableware, and take my order once he was done, he just waved at me but never came over. I felt awkward sitting there alone, as if I wasn’t even a real customer.

As you entered, we were greeted and welcomed. There was one person in the front and one runner on a Thursday morning at 9am. The place is small and tight. We had two small children and luckily the restaurant provides high chair. Unfortunately, there’s no baby changing station in the restroom. It is small.

The food was great! Portions were reasonable for the price. We ordered Matcha latte, Cappuccino, Salmon Benny and, Chicken and waffles. Drinks were handcrafted and took some time. The food came out hot and they cooked the poach egg runny which I like.

The food was good, but the service was poor. I entered the restaurant with my sleeping baby and parked the stroller next to the cashier counter. When I was ordering, the server didn’t come to our table to take the order—she just stood at the counter and asked what we wanted.

My baby doesn’t usually wake up in noisy environments, but this server placed the utensils near my baby’s ear by tossing them down, making sharp, jarring sounds each time.

Of course, you’re not obligated to worry about waking a sleeping baby. But isn’t tipping meant for extra service? If you expect to receive tips, then you should provide extra service—including being considerate enough to place the utensils down more gently to avoid waking a sleeping baby.

Pretty unassuming from the outside but this is a really delicious brunch spot. The decor inside is also really nice and bright. We tried the smoked salmon benny and the steak and eggs. Both were delicious with great flavours. Potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would definitely recommend this place!
