The restaurant was clean and aesthetically pleasing, creating a nice atmosphere. However, the coffee was not hot enough.

There was an issue with the timing of our meals. My entrée arrived about 17 minutes before my partner’s, and by the time his dish came out, my food had gone cold. We shared our disappointment with the staff, and while the server initially acknowledged it and walked away, he returned shortly after with a replacement entrée to make up for the inconvenience.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I appreciated their effort to fix the situation. It was later explained that our second order, which had been placed at the same time as the first, had been forgotten. I appreciated the honesty, and because of how the situation was handled, the customer service was ultimately very good.

Food-wise, the potatoes were over-salted. The spinach pasta was quite heavy, similar to a carbonara, and the lack of spoons made eating the spinach spaghetti somewhat messy.

Overall, the experience was decent, and I would be open to returning to try other dishes

Alchemy Coffee has a nice atmosphere with decent food overall. The coffee was good and definitely a highlight. The sausage wasn’t the best, but the eggs benedict was tasty and well done. A solid spot for breakfast or brunch.

Alchemy is so good! Would definitely go back - with a smaller menu it gives you a chance to have a quality meal.

I ordered a matte latte - it was perfectly made.
Then my friend and I shared the Duck Confit Eggs Benny, The Fried Chicken Waffles & The Blueberry Cereal Milk Pancakes. The portions were really good, we packed food to-go! Worth the price.

The food was pretty good. Overall everything was tasty and the place is cute. My issue is a restaurant today not taking credit cards. This is a cost of doing business. Most people use credit cards to pay, not cash. I find it odd.

Cute and cozy cafe where people can just relax and work if they wanted to. The food is pretty good albeit a tad more expensive, but the quality makes up for it 😌 I loved that the salad was thoroughly mixed with the dressing unlike other places where there’s only sauce at the top and then you’re left eating raw tasteless leaves! We had the peameal Benny and the chicken and waffles. We thought we would still be hungry afterwards but we were stuffed by the end and had leftovers. Can’t wait to try more!

Love this spot! Tried the salmon benny, duck benny, and the carbonara. The portions were good and the flavors felt fresh, not heavy. The lattes were smooth too. I would totally come back for brunch again.

Food is average, service is definitely lacking, the staff is very rude and unprofessional when I asked if they can accommodate my dairy allergy, and made comments like “most of our dishes have dairy”… I would stay away from this brunch place, there are many other options nearby
