Terrible experience, will never go back.They did not have anything in stock, not even cream for coffee. The dinning room was disgusting and things were sticky. My family got wings; they were tiny, flavourless, and overcooked. I got myself a steak sandwich with majority of it only consisting of bread. There was a piece of slimy lettuce, one jalapeño, and two slivers of burnt tough meat. That was not what I was promised in the description and I wasn't able to finish the meal. We also got the potato skins which came out like black pieces of cardboard.How is it that my food can be burnt, yet cold?

Not impressed.I know, I didn’t get wings at all star WINGS but that doesn’t mean they can slack on the other food they serve.Grilled chicken was dry, one piece of lettuce on bread with a sauce that didn’t taste good. Fries meh…Step it up!!

Their patio is not an actual patio but other than that everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.
Originally I gave them a higher rating because the girls who were serving me and my friend were very sweet. but then once I came home I experienced food poisoning from the calamari I ate. It may have just been that it didn’t sit well with my stomach but it’s given me a negative experience. I recommend if you go do not get the calamari, stick with the wings and other things.

Lots and lots of rib options. We tried three different ones and they were all pretty good, with standard sides like fries, onion rings, etc. Bit on the pricey side for casual dining - was $120 plus tip for 3 people including a pitcher of beer. Waitresses are not that great - more interested in looking at themselves in the mirror than providing prompt and attentive service. I had to sit for like 20 mins waiting for my bill, looking this way and that for my server. Overall about what you would expect for a big box restaurant, but I don't think I'll be back.

What happened to this place? Out of stock on breaded wings, boneless wings, sirloin steak, and more.Nacho order was unbelievably small and the chicken fingers were dry.And on top of that you could smell the bathrooms from the dining area.I'm shocked the standards have dropped this much here.Only positve was Taylor our server. She was great.Definitely not ALL STARS anymore. Too many better choices out there to come back here again.

My family and I went to this location on Thursday August 3rd 2023. We chose to sit in the patio. The food and the drinks were good; however, they added 15% gratuity and never told me that they did so. I added another 15% gratuity as I didn't know they have already added their gratuity. So they literally stole money from me in a dirty way. I understand the economy is not good but it doesn't mean we should steal from each other!!!

I don’t know what happened to this place. It was a go to place anytime you wanted wings but lately nothing has been good about this location. Went in tonight with a friend around 9pm and we were 2 of the only 5 people at the restaurant. The food absolutely sucked. The fries were soggy and the wings were under cooked and just covered in way too much sauce. And the worst part of the evening was they were out of napkins and wet naps! I would avoid this place at all costs.
