DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE - THEY WILL FORGET TO MAKE IT - What an absolute disappointment it is when a good bakery is run by individual's who lack professionalism and accountability. Ordered a simple cake from here two days ago. It was the owner who took my order asked for my name number and everything and let me know it would be ready today. When i arrived to pick up my cake, the employee there advises me that they have no orders under my name and that she would need to call the owner. When she calls - the owner simply tells her that she FORGOT to make the cake and that i could either choose from what they had left there or i could wait about an hour so she could make it for me.. no apology for the mistake or even accountability that she made one. Since i was on my way to the event i had no choice but to purchase the left over cake they had and take it to my event. Absolutely terrible customer service all around.
