Tried this Island food spot on Yonge, very close to home. We ordered a curry chicken (large), a jerk pork (regular), and two bottles of water — the flavors were tasty and portions were decent. Everything was served in takeout boxes, which makes it convenient.

That said, the total was just over $50, which felt a little on the pricey side for set meals in this format. Still, if you’re craving island flavors in the neighborhood, it’s a solid option

WOW. Incredible! Our go to Carribean place unfortunately closed so we looked for another. We googled Aneal - incredible. A hidden gem. My Hawaiian wife (I am such a white Brit, I'm blue) who thought we knew Carribean food have just been educated. We had mac pie and Chicken Roti..... absolutely to die for. We are now on a mission to menu test. Great value for money. Fantastic taste. Aneal is the icing on the cake!

Saw the reviews and I’ve never had Jamaican food before; so glad I came to try it. I got the mango chicken and it was absolutely perfect for me. I can’t tolerate spicy foods, the owner suggested the mango chicken - perfect! Great food, came out really quickly, good portions, amazing flavour. Looking forward to my next trip back here :)

It became the best Jamaican spot to me.

This place offers the best Carribean Food in the surrounding area, actually the best Carribean food we have had. We travel quite a bit in the Kitchener, Waterloo, London, GTA, all over and Aneals beats the best Carribean restaurants out there. Plain and Simple the place is cozy warm and inviting and the owner is very personable. When we visit Richmond Hill and have a craving for anything Carribean, our go to is Aneals. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Amazing food by amazing people. This was our first time ordering from Aneal's and we were not disappointed. We ordered 2 big trays of cow foot souse and curry duck. The price and portions were ideal. Everyone at the party went back for 2nds and 3rds and carried food home to-go. The flavors were A-mazingggggg. Thank you Aneal's for making a part of our Dad's 86th birthday party a success with great tasting food. We will definitely be re-ordering for the house again.

We had an incredible dining experience at Aneals. The jerk chicken was perfectly seasoned, the roti was soft and flavorful. But what truly set this place apart was their genuine care for their customers.

When I mentioned that my kids couldn’t eat spicy food, the staff went above and beyond—not only accommodating our needs but generously giving us extra portions of mild chicken and roti at no charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

This restaurant doesn’t just serve delicious Jamaican cuisine; they make you feel like family. We’ll absolutely be back.

One of our favourite spots in the area! We’ve been a few times now – the food is always on point and the owner, Aneal, is attentive and friendly. Fair warning: the spice can be serious, but if you can handle the heat the flavours are so worth it!

This guy “owner” gave me expired chicken I had a feeling something wasn’t right when I was eating it but since I’ve gone there before I trusted them I’ve been throwing up for 2 days can’t keep anything down. If I don’t get better you can be sure that I will take legal action against this restaurant ! You take peoples money the least you can do is give them proper food that’s not expired. I know times are hard but sometimes you just gotta throw it out so people don’t get sick from eating your food ! Unbelievable how greedy some people are that are willing to risk peoples health for money !!!!! Sad
