thought we'd support the local pub over the franchise places like fionn mac cools etc. disappointed with the cocktail drinks as the martini glasses were half full and the nachos were very stingily topped with the options chosen.

We ate here four times in the past four weeks, but will not return. The service was very good; the wait staff was always friendly. On our second visit, one pizza we ordered came out with the wrong toppings. It wasn’t terrible and we were hungry, so we ate it as is.

During our most recent visit, our steak sandwich was quite underdone. We don’t like sending food back as a rule, but we couldn’t eat it like that. We requested that they throw it back on the grill. When they brought it back out, it was obviously microwaved. The buns were steaming hot and the meat had a bad taste to it. We decided to eat the French fries and skip the sandwich. The manager heard us talking about it and apologized, removed it from our bill, and offered us something else. They did everything right in terms of trying to make things better.

Despite the good customer service, we won’t return as to us it’s not worth the gamble that the kitchen will get things right or do things properly. It’s a shame.

Your employees should either buy a diary or figure out some conflict management because encouraging customers to harass other employees on their behalf when everyone can hear them is very distasteful.

Insufferable managers. Bartenders are really not experienced enough to be giving as much attitude as they do lol you can barely do your job without 20 eye rolls huffing and puffing
