The steak was really really tough. It was so cold in there that the pot of butter on the steak did not melt. I wore my coat the entire time. I did not enjoy it.

Great atmosphere, beer selection has become a bit limited

Nachos umm like one other review said yes, only 1 layer of chips and I will add, barely any cheese and minimal toppings. For $19 c’mon do better than that. Ciabatta chicken sandwich also very small for price. Server and service was very good as well as atmosphere but food and portions for $ require huge improvements.

The place is nice. I made a reservation initially for 20 people for my wife's surprise birthday party 3 weeks prior to the day. A day before I reconfirmed for 16 persons. When I got there with my wife and kids, the welcoming person didn't even know what I was talking about and tried to get us a place for 4 people even though I told her my name and the reservation that I made. After a couple of minutes we found our friends and two tables set up for 8 persons i/o 16 initially reserved. I was told that there was another side table that was reserved for us and it was not attached to the other long table that we wanted to have with all our friends. I had to join the table by myself and it pissed off the waitress. We had no waitress up until 30 minutes after we came in, and even then, the waitress did mistakes in the order of the food, and brought food that we cancelled and charged us. We ordered stakes which were so bad, and the fries next to it was bad as well. We even didn't get cutlery to eat our food till I got the kitchen and asked over and over again. The drinks were bad, and they also charged us service fees on the bill and wanted to charge more by the credit card machine. Except for the atmosphere which was good, everything else was just bad!! Wouldn't recommend this place again to anyone. Sorry!

I am a regular here and because of exceptional service I got from my server Hilary I decided to put a review here. Her positive attitude was the main reason. Also I asked for a fresh batch for my fish and chips and they delivered my request the best way possible. I highly recommend this place.
