I bought three bolani. My husband went in. They gave them to us completely cold, hard around the edges and uncut. Claimed they made it two hours ago. Maybe they thought we wouldn’t realize and didn’t know what to expect. They took advantage and sold us old, cold, uncut bolani. Terrible and disrespectful, very disappointed.

Unless you’re Persian and friends with the people that work there they don’t provide you with the same service. They have my husband stale bread. Absolutely terrible the way they think they can just give poor quality food to people

I usually go to this location because of the location convenience. I was greeted fine previously however, after my the last visit, I decided not to go back again. There has been few ladies working there but this last one is quite rude. Three times I was treated disrespectfully for absolutely no reason. A lot of attitude!!! The older gentleman that bakes is quite polite though.

Just to make sure, the last time I visited was on Friday September 5 late afternoon.

Not happy with their customer service. People that work there are polite but the owner is rude and has no idea about customer service. Owner or owners wife comes in with face loads of makeup we are standing in line waiting to be served and she is arguing with a worker as if there is noone waiting. I do not recommend this baker. There are many persian bread store that treat you with more respect. Very poor customer service and rude.

I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for quite some time, and I am consistently impressed with the quality of the bread, the excellent service, and the friendly attitude of the staff. Some of their specialty breads, like the Taftoon, tend to sell out quickly, so I highly recommend calling ahead to place an order to ensure you get what you want. I always recommend this bakery to my friends!
