I was about to pay for 3 huge tubs of ice cream and the staff was mad at me for opening the fridge door. How can I pick ice cream without looking at sugar and calorie level?
No wonder No customers for hours because customer service is the worst.
The team at Baskin Robbins did an amazing job! They listened carefully to my daughter’s requests for her Taylor Swift birthday cake and paid attention to every detail. The cake turned out perfect—thank you so much!
Khyati helped choose an alternate cake as the cookies and cream was sold it. The cookie dough was an excellent choice, she did a beautiful job on the writing and added sprinkles which was such a beautiful touch

Hey I spent 9$ on a double scoop for my son, he took 1 lick and it fell off the cone on to the floor if your store. I've come to Baskin and Robbins for years and never had a scoop drop. Your staff told me they could not help me, I asked for the manager who was not there. After some debate the ice cream was replaced with attitude and the product being shoved towards us. Highly unprofessional and your team is in need of training given the number of 1 star reviews you have. Your corporate office needs to be made aware of your deficiencies.

I bought a cake at 52$ plus tax, a very small cake, my kids refused to eat it, the icing smelled like paint, very old !!! The whole thing smelled weired.
I even called to let them know but the person over the phone kept saying the icecream was freshly made that day.
I will never again get cakes from them..
