This Baskin Robbins location is great. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere inviting. In particular Khyati - she ALWAYS greets everyone who walks in the store with the nicest smile and warmest welcome. As someone who works with successful business owners to elevate the client experience, I would say Khyati is exceptional... and the ice cream is delicious too!

My birthday was made even more special with the gorgeous flower ice cream cake. Not only was it visually appealing, but it was also incredibly delicious 😋. The staff at the Richmond Hill location did an excellent job with the design, which matched my expectations perfectly. They also offer a range of cakes for pickup, making them a great option for ice cream and cakes 🎂.

Delicious ice cream served in every scoop! I had gone to another place for some pistachio gelato and immediately after eating and being underwhelmed, I found my way right here at Baskin Robins to cleanse my pallet with their deliciousness. I've been coming to Baskin Robins since I was a kid, having the same single scoop pistachio and it never fails to taste like heaven. Lots of sweet cokes to choose from, or you can stick with plain and save calories. The young lady in the store was pleasant and put up with my multiple taste tests, only to go back to my childhood favourite in the end. I would have had another scoop, if it wasn't that it is gonna go straight to my hips! 😀

The Baskin Robbins at Richmondhill truly outdid themselves with the stunning mango and chocolate moose cake they crafted for my niece's engagement celebration. Their staff offered valuable suggestions and put their heart into making the cake a masterpiece, complete with beautiful red roses. It's clear the owners genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this particular Baskin Robbins franchise.
