Ordered a 12 x 18 cake, got a simple design thinking you can’t really go wrong and it certainly did. I asked, who I assume is the manager (an older Asian man) why it didn’t look like the picture he said the picture is for reference and “it’s done by hand” that’s why it looks like a 10 year old made it… first and definitely last time getting a cake from here.

No tolerance for kids at all, my child was yelled 4 times for touching the glasses, just because she was pointing to the glass to show which flavor she wanted to get. I mean… come on! you are a ice cream shop, not an art exhibition????

Had to get a last minute ice-cream cake today and I was running out of locations that had ones ready to go, so I came here as my last stop. The gentleman (who’s name I should’ve asked for but he had long grey-ish hair and glasses) who was working explained that there were no available cakes, but he was working on one (with the flavor I wanted) and told me I could purchase it when he was done. These cakes take time and are not easy to whip up especially without a previous order ahead of time, so I was super appreciative that I was able to get what I needed especially on a tight schedule. I didn’t even know what it was going to look like and it ended up being PERFECT especially for a birthday cake and was super tasty!

We visited this Baskin-Robbins location to get some ice cream, and the staff member who served us was an older East Asian gentleman with salt-and-pepper hair. Unfortunately, he was quite rude and not professional at all. I really wouldn’t recommend going there—at least not in the morning when we went—because the experience was just really unpleasant and unprofessional.

Came here a few years ago with some friends to have a quick cold refresher. Last time, the place was alright. I decided to come here again and loved the new interior, the atmosphere was so much nicer and I loved the flavour of the month

My qualm isn't with Baskin Robbins, it's with this location. Extremely poor organization and management. They are the least busy location in the entire area, and they disguise products they've yet to order as sold out, or don't order enough for their stores. The amount of flavours they are always out of is shocking, because on any given time they don't have a flavour, you can call literally any neighboring location in that moment and get it there. When all the other locations run well and this one doesn't, this should say something.

Parking: This location is in a plaza sometime quite busy but plenty of parking never unable to get a spot and get my treat
Kid-friendliness: Helpful to all ages even if the a child and patient, ice cream equal kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Because it's in a plaza lots of parking and lots of handicap parking
