Parking: This location is in a plaza sometime quite busy but plenty of parking never unable to get a spot and get my treat
Kid-friendliness: Helpful to all ages even if the a child and patient, ice cream equal kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Because it's in a plaza lots of parking and lots of handicap parking

Yesterday I brought my kids in for an ice cream after school around 4pm. They were excited as they checked out the flavours and then they went to the washroom to wash their hands, as one always should before eating. As I was ordering, the man behind the counter was not friendly to the point of hostility. And while I waited to pay, I saw him going to the washroom to lock it so that no-one could use it. As I believe that good behaviour should be rewarded, and bad behaviour reprimanded and corrected, I will say this: 1) if you're selling one of the most joyful products in the world, to (mostly) a very young clientele, try to be less rude and more cheerful, and 2) don't lock your washroom. Not providing a washroom facility in an eating establishment is illegal.
Not the best service, I understand they are young girls, and the three of them want to chat. But their attitude could be a little more friendly and not cold. Customer Service is key!

I almost gave this location a 1 star review...... I had found an ALMOND SKIN placed into my ice cream. However, Roger came to my rescue and removed it for me. I will be returning.

It has been a while since I got ice cream from Baskin Robbins and I had forgotten how good they were. Flavour is more intense and texture is creamier than cheaper brands. The Chinese server Rogers' very helpful too.

The ice cream was good, but the customer service was disappointing. The young staff were impolite and unfriendly, which ruined my experience. This reminded me why I prefer Dairy Queen in the summer.

Got a tub of icecream out of the freezer. Lots of condensation on it but I didn’t think anything of it because it had just come out of the freezer. I got home (approx 5 mins away) to open the lid. The entire tub was melted. I couldn’t even eat it. There was 100% something wrong with their freezer temperature. Not happy.
