I had a great time here! Friendly service and I enjoyed to 2 tubs of icecream. Hope to see the atmosphere improve.

Worst customer service, literally, I really need to use the washroom and I am sick. I asked the sales reps to give me a code nicely. And I was going to buy something once I use the washroom but she refused to give the code that this is for customers only. I even told them that I am not feeling well. But still no this is for customers only.

👍. I have no problem with the store hour. Can ppl actually look at the hour sign at the store or call the store. Why ppl think the info provided by google is representing 100% of the business . So dumb.😵‍💫

They always close whenever they feel like it. Don’t trust the store hours. They close at 9PM, not 10. Sometimes even earlier than 9PM.

The vendors at this location are rude, dishonest, and unhygienic liars.
Last week, I ordered an ice cream cake the day before my daughter’s birthday and said I wanted it to be a base cake, but the vendor gave me pure birthday ice cream, even though I had told her that tomorrow was my daughter’s birthday and I should keep it in the fridge. But she didn’t tell me that if you keep it in the fridge, it will melt. The next day, when I saw that my daughter’s birthday cake had melted, I called them and they were supposed to replace it and give me a new one, but when I went here, they changed their mind and said they would fix the melted ice cream and give it to me!!!😲🤮😤
They took the melted ice cream and I was very upset by their disrespectful and unprofessional behavior.
I called the management office and I hope they can give me another ice cream cake from another shop or refund the amount I paid.

Update your store hours

Don't trust their hours. They aren't consistent. Countless times I've come 1 hour before closing and they are already closed.

Who knew that on Months that have 31 days, Baskin Robbins gives 31% off all of its hand packs. Just found out on January 31. Got my favourite! World Class Chocolate! Mark the date!!!!!

checked website hours and it said closed at 10 wish i read the reviews before coming because store was closed right at 9. Check reviews before coming here.

Reached before 9 still wasn’t served they say store is closed but google says its open till 10pm. Fix your timing.

Came yesterday with a small puppy, who was on hands, not letting him go on the floor, bought an ice cream, AFTER paying, I was informed that dogs are not welcome. No sign about dogs on the entrance. Come on guys, you have ruined the experience.
