I came here to get ice cream and when I arrived it was closed. there was a sign said closing time was 9pm but on Google Maps it shows 10pm. Don't mislead people. If you've changed your hours, update them everywhere!

Staff was rude and cruel. The bathroom there has apparently been out of service for over 3 months cause anytime I ask u use the bathroom with full intentions of buying ice-cream afterwards but I got the its for customers only or then i get its out of a service for 3 months? If thats the case they need a health inspection badly. (that alone makes me not want to contribute to the business) you never know if someone's had surgery or coming from far away and for an establishment to refuse use of bathroom saying it's out of order based on how anyone looks especially because i am sick and I look sick gets me judged alot. But to refuse bathroom to anyone unless u get something out of it is not a business I will contribute to.

I had a wonderful experience at Baskin Robbins thanks to Artemis! I was looking for an ice cream birthday cake for my daughter—it was my very first time ordering one from Baskin Robbins. I had visited several locations before but couldn’t decide which cake to choose.

Artemis was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. She guided me through the options and helped me find the perfect cake. She even suggested adding my daughter’s name on it, and her handwriting was so beautiful that it made the cake even more special!

Thanks to Artemis, the birthday surprise turned out perfectly. Truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism! 🎂💖

Came in for a pickup and the lady working had a real nasty attitude for no reason. I get that it’s busy, but that’s no excuse, maybe try putting more staff on shift next time you goofs

Wouldn’t let a child (7 year old) use the washroom unless it was a customer.

Sign says 10pm close, I was there 9:50, they weren’t open…. Unacceptable

Was our first time ordering a large cake for 20 people and didn’t know you have to order 48 hours ahead? We called the day before. The lady was very rude about it shaming me giving me a hard time. If it is not enough time to complete the order then decline it? It’s totally fine we could’ve ordered from another place.

Went for a triple scoop. Ended up being around $10. We were planning to share the triple scoop with 4 people. Simply asked for 2 more small cups, and 2 more spoons. The woman said it would be 25 cents. Is she kidding? This middle aged Asian woman (the manager) can’t give us 2 pieces of plastic, and 2 extra small cups. Never buying from here again. I recommend buying from a different baskin robins.

Delicious ice cream though really pricy.

Tried to go last week around 9:30 (open till 10) and they fully locked the door and saw us trying to open it. Super rude!
Tried to go today at 9ish for the new pumpkin cheesecake flavour, which they are advertising all over the store and the internet. The middle aged asian employee said we don’t have it, but we could clearly see the tub labeled “pumpkin cheesecake”, which had a lid on it. BE SO FOR REAL, we can see the tub there!!!! Asked her when it would be available and she said “i don’t know, maybe tomorrow”. She clearly went out of her way to not give us the flavour we wanted!!!!!!
Attitude was really negative the whole time, and based on these reviews, it does not feel like this a new occurrence…..

Went there for their new pumpkin cheesecake flavour. We went an hour before close and the tub was brand new in the freezer just with the lid on. We asked if they had the flavour in stock. The middle aged asian woman said that they didn’t have it. We can read. It said pumpkin cheesecake on the tub. We’re not stupid. She gave us attitude and said they would ‘maybe’ have it tomorrow. After reading reviews clearly this location needs new ownership. Additionally, tried to go last week, went there around 9:30, employees had already locked the doors. The time says open until 10pm. It’s scooping ice cream. Come on guys. :/

I had a great time here! Friendly service and I enjoyed to 2 tubs of icecream. Hope to see the atmosphere improve.

It is delisious but it is too sweet and small.

Worst customer service, literally, I really need to use the washroom and I am sick. I asked the sales reps to give me a code nicely. And I was going to buy something once I use the washroom but she refused to give the code that this is for customers only. I even told them that I am not feeling well. But still no this is for customers only.
