Came yesterday with a small puppy, who was on hands, not letting him go on the floor, bought an ice cream, AFTER paying, I was informed that dogs are not welcome. No sign about dogs on the entrance. Come on guys, you have ruined the experience.

Staff in the evening is really disgusting and rude.those two girls are really unprofessional. i will not suggest to anyone go on this location. 0 star .

The two workers this evening were incredibly rude, with attitude, smirky comments and completely disgusting behaviour to our group of 18. I would think the owners of this location would want the regular business of such a large group over the attitudes of these two girls. We are regular patrons of Baskin

Ice cream is great.Service is lack-luster. One of the ladies is extremely rude. She just makes up her own rules and bosses you around. I wish I caught her name tag. She tells us no cones for kiddie scoop. Two minutes later she gives a cone to another customer.Outside the store sign, the hours say 9pm close but Google says 10pm. It's Victoria Day Saturday. MANY families came at 9.30pm today and they kept telling everyone "you can't sit inside and eat" but the store was wide open and they still kept letting people in, giving ice cream but then rudely saying "we close at 9pm". So confusing. Ridiculous really.

I have been going to this location for years and they have such friendly service! Each year, my son asks me for an ice cream cake and loves it so much he asks for more. They never fail to impress me with their helpfulness.

As another review described....."ZERO compassion or care, like robots!!"Exactly what describes people who are working here!!!! In a cold winter day, I asked nicely if my toddler could use their washroom. They told No!!! Shame!!

Online it says 10pm close and we went all the way there for them to be closed at 9pm. They need to update their hours
