Rude. I walked in because I was looking for the pho restaurant and asked the labor man, he yelled at me “go, this is a bakery, it’s a private property. ” How rude! that’s how they treat their potential customer. Ok if is a private property like you said, why are you still open to the public?

I have tried cakes from different asian bakeries from tung hing, Dong Khanh, Paris Baguette, Tous Le Jour, Amadeus Patisserie, T&T, Galleria etc etc. In terms of price, this little family owned bake shop will be unbeatable, price is affordable and freshness? UNBEATABLE. My old bakery shop that my family always ordered from before has quality consistently went downhill. Nobody likes to have to find out after cutting a cake that it's dry and moldy on a happy day of celebration, so I stopped going to the bakery above mention. I have ordered consistently from this bayview Bakery shop for at least 3-4 cakes now, as well as my coworker that I recommend them to order as well, and the cakes were always perfect to my taste. I like the way that the cakes are designed, not overly sweet, cakes is moist! and the owners are super sweet and kind. This will be my go-to for cakes and pastries

We had stopped at the little strip mall for some Korean hotdogs and then decided to peak into the Bayview Chinese bakery! So glad we did! All the baking was just coming out of the oven on-site! Wow! The pineapple bun with the delicious crackle topping was second to none. It was big, fluffy and full of flavour! We bought a strawberry bubble waffle and a banana bubble waffle. Freshly made full of fruit and fresh cream. Absolutely delectable! MY ONE WISH …. To have a scoop of ice cream in the middle of a chilled freshly baked pineapple bun! I think this would be a terrific flavour! Hint! hint! Richmond Hill’s little gem bakery! We will be back and work our way through the menu ?

This is a great little ma and pop shop for Hong Kong cakes and pastries. The buns are fresh, the prices are affordable and the owners are so friendly and sweet. Love the pineapple buns, cha siu bao, bubble waffles and hong kong milk tea. Although it is located near a high school, so avoid it during lunch time bc it will be rammed with high school kids. Go in earlier or after.

Took my family here today to pick up some bubble waffles and was not disappointed. The waffles were made to order and we had it with ice cream. Delicious! Unfortunately we came near evening time so there wasn't a huge selection of Chinese buns left. Friendly owners and the place was clean. It's in a strip plaza at Bayview and Major MacKenzie in Richmond Hill, so there was plenty of parking. We're definitely coming back for more waffles!
