The most kind human runs and owns this place ❤️ every person who has had ever had her pastry or cakes, regardless of whether they had a sweet tooth or not, has asked where I got the cake, has gone there and has genuinely enjoyed every bite of her baked goods. Thank you Bibi Bakery ❤️

I came here on a Sunday and had a pleasant experience. The cafe wasn't so full of people that I couldn't find seating, and the staff were kind with us.I ordered a persian tea for around $4 and was pleasantly surprised with the experience. A decorated tea pot lit with a candle to keep a tea warm was provided. I used a ince belli to drink my tea.I would come back.

The staff were very friendly, and the food was good. We really enjoyed the upstairs siting area, it was bright and the corner we were sitting in felt very private.

This place used to be good but its gotten really annoying recently. The owner is extremely rude and won't serve you and she gives you attitude if you ask for anything. When you try to visit their "cafe" they just put the cakes and coffee on disposable plates and make you it upstairs yourself as if its a picnic. There is no staff to ask what you need. You have to walk all the way downstairs and ask for something (and get attitude). After when you come to pay, they have the audacity to ask for a tip when they did nothing. It's a joke honestly. I was embarrassed that I brought my friends here.Just another falling business who forgets that customer service is what will make sure they can stay in business.

Yummy, fresh, delicious pastries! Thank you Sepideh khanoom!
This place lacks anything that would make a cafe nice, cozy, beautiful, pleasant, etc.! The prices are high, and they basically provide no service!! Everything comes in paper cups ? and paper plate, really classy?Oh and you order on the first floor, but take your order to sit on the second floor…. And washrooms are in the basement!!If you think of going there, well, don’t! There are much better options in Richmond hill!

This is the best Cafe, and the coziest date spot or hangout spot in richmond hill. First of all you get persian "wet pastries" which are creamy, nutty, sweet goodness. Secondly you get cakes, coffee and wifi. What else do you need from life? The upper floor is the perfect hangout spot for smaller groups. This place makes me nostalgic for the cafes in Iran.I see other reviewers complain about lack of vegan options. That is like going to a kebab place and expecting vegan options, stereotypical. Persians make deserts with milk, no cows die in the process.
