I have been to this location a couple times, the servers are very nice and have a good heart. However, unfortunately they got my order wrong twice on two different occasions (one half a year ago, and one today). To add on, every time I have to ask for utensils and napkins even when I am dining in the food court. The honey garlic ones tastes good, the cheese ball is okay but very little cheese inside compared to other bbq chicken franchises.

The quality of the food has gone down substantially. They are now chopping up and frying pieces of the chicken that is scraps. See my pics below. It’s the backbone spine of the chicken. There were several of these pieces. Try also gave me several ribs. That cannot be considered a piece of chicken that you sell and charge for!!!
Ordered 2 different boned in orders and 1 boneless chicken. One the boned in order had too many of the same cut pieces with no meat. I'm very disappointed.

It was so bad. I ordered soy garlic and secret sauces chicken. I couldn’t believe how bad it is. I think the owner has changed. It wasn’t bad 2 years ago. The soy garlic and seasoned chicken both had similar sauce tastes and both had no taste at all. I really wanted to throw it in the trash can. The price was so wicked that I couldn't throw it away because it was over 50 bule. Don't go to the bbq chicken in hmarr don't go to bbq chicken in hmart .
