I saw a mouse running around back in the summer !!now they change the name … soooo I don’t think there is any improvement!!!

There was a sign on the door saying it was closed for business, which made me come all the way in vain. 😡😡😡 Check online and it’s open

Came so far far far away but sooooooo disappointed to find that it's closed today (Tue)... it's stated open 7 days a week!!! Update your opening hours pls!!!

Visited here twice. Braised beef brisket, and original HK beef brisket were good. We also love the beef ball and fish ball.

Beef soaked in tasty broth is tender and delicious. Tried couple of dishes, and so far suit my taste bud. Noodle is springy and non alkaline. Yummy!

Bad review! It says it’s open online, but it’s closed when you go to the store! It says: You can rest from Sunday to Wednesday! Just write and rest for seven days.

My sister actually told me that we have some thick rice noodles

I recently visited 七爷清汤腩（ Leslie location)to pick up a takeout order. While the food was delicious and ready on time, my experience was marred by an uncomfortable incident with the staff.

When I walked in to collect my order, two staff members behind the counter began laughing at something. It wasn’t clear what they were laughing about, but it made me feel self-conscious and uncomfortable. In a customer-facing role, professionalism is crucial, and such behavior can easily be misinterpreted by patrons.

I would suggest that the management provide training for their staff on maintaining a professional demeanor, especially when interacting with customers. Despite this incident, I appreciate the quality of the food and the efficiency of the service. However, this experience has made me hesitant about returning.
