Food is not bad with some vegetarian choices, interesting decor. Their marinated tofu is really tasty. Lots of items were either sold out or discontinued on the menu for some reason, but still plenty of options. Will come back again to try some other dishes.

The place reminded me of hk and it was quite packed, the noodles were delicious. Would recommend.

This place beats any noodle restaurant in Houston Chinatown, where came from. I was graving for really authentic Asian food and this place made it on the top list. If you get the cafe or tea drinks along your noodle dish, it came as a combo price which we didn’t know but the owner was very honest and gave us the price by default. Just 75c extra for the drink as combo. I got their signature dish along with other things. The signature dish was exactly the way they printed on the menu. Not too much fat and just right portion of beef. I will definitely come back and telling all my friends who are going to Toronto. The waiters appear part of the family. Low staffed therefore super busy but they were super friendly. The mahjong decorations made it looked really nice atmosphere.

Gf was craving something warm and soupy after visiting so I went on Yelp and found this place seeing as we wanted to try something aside from trusty ol' Deer Garden which has jacked it's prices up considerably. The decor is so cool. It looks exactly like HK. The murals, the chinese, the storage cabinet with all the sauce mixes and drink mixes, even the stool seating is hella chinese LOL.It's a pretty small unit with not a lot of tables but luckily we were able to get a table right away on a sunday evening.I opted for braised beef brisket flat rice noodle soup. My gf originally wanted curry beef brisket with rice but get this, THEY RAN OUT OF RICE LOOOL. Ya, you read that right. Hilarious eh? But anyways, she got curry brisket with instant noods instead.I've gotta say, the resto gives you a very fair portion of beef. I was expecting them to skimp on the meat tbh (a lot of HK places do this with their noodle soups). But the amount of meat left me very pleasantly surprised. My gf and I thought the beef was quite tender as well (no stiff pieces). Also, for $3.99 you can get a massive cold hk milk tea (basically the same size as a bbt you get from any chain). The HK milk was SUPER decent! Is it as rich and decadent as Marathon's milk tea? No, but in terms of bang for your buck? This is as good as it gets imo.Speaking of bang for your buck, I gotta say, this place should be on ppl's radar. You're getting a bigger bowl of noods at Deer Garden but a bowl there will also set you back $20+ now, post-inflation. Where as, here you're getting a slightly smaller bowl of noods but hovering around the $15 mark (w/o drink included). So I do think this place is pretty good in terms of value. The servers are also very accommodating and friendly which is a bonus. Will be back in the future!

This is a decent HK style restaurant with no frills, a limited menu, and pleasant service. When we came in, half the menu was crossed out. We ordered the shrimp dumplings soup with noodles. It was delicious. I would recommend coming here if you check the menu in advance, know they have what you want and don't expect fancy dining. The prices were excellent. We ordered two soups with a side of vegetables (3 dishes) for a total of $30, tax included.

Amazing atmosphere, absolutely love the mahjong tiles used under the table glass, and the overall posters and wall displays.Had their hot Hong Kong Milk tea, it was good.Their Beef Brisket with rice noodles were tasty, and even the broth was delicious. A bit of chili oil went a long way to enhance the flavour, but I could've even enjoyed it plain.I can see myself coming back multiple times to try different menu items.Super quick service, friendly staff and efficient experience overall.

Stopped by for a quick dinner. When I walked in, we were surprised with the decorations. It has photos and signs of Hong Kong, which was fun to see. The table was made with Mahjong. We tried their signature brisket beef soup noodle with rice noodle(you can choose the types of noodles). It was good as having it in Hong Kong with a good portion. ? It's a place to visit if you like those beef noodles.

The store is full of HK style with very traditional local scenes and decors. The tables are filled with mahjong and pai gow (a kind of Chinese dominoes). We like their beef brisket and pork knuckle, which have been marinated and stewed to be tender and delicious. It's a kind of collective memory.

Unique 80s Hong Kong style with classic foldable chairs and tables. Went there on a Thursday 5:30pm with no lineups. Service was quick but gave me a wrong order. The waitress replaced right away. Noodles were made fresh, hot and tasty without the overwhelming beef taste.
