my burger and bun fresh and satisfying my husband had juicy Lucy on gluten free bun. burger was half the size of mine because of smaller bun 3.00 extra charge for bun. burger same price but less meat. why not just charge regular price since you are giving less meat. will say he still enjoyed it

The burger is nothing like the picture and for what they charge I rather go to 5 guys. Was not impressed.

Dietary restrictions: I like that they have keto and gluten free buns, but they are pricey.

Maybe I goofed and made a mistake ordering the Juicy Lucy. It sounded the most interesting and I was expecting to be blown away or for it to look like some of the cheeseburger photos posted online.

It looked nothing like the cheeseburger from Burger Factory that's posted online. The patty was not even thick at all! I received a thin patty which contained cheese but I had to get to the center of the burger to get a bit of cheese oozing out. The rest of the patty was essentially a Mc D caliber patty.

If you look at the pic I posted, the meat to bun ratio was also totally off. The bun was bigger than the meat so I had bites where I was literally just eating thick bread and veggies. The cheeseburger photos show big chunky meat patties so I'm wondering if I got an employee who didn't really know what he was doing?

I opted for a combo and got mac n' cheese bites as my side. These were exceptionally disappointing. I'm no mac expert but I'd be willing to bet a dollar that they use Kraft dinner in these mac n' cheese bites. Overly salty, overly processed. No dipping sauce, just came with two ketchup packets on the side.

For a meal that hit me for over $20 I truly felt ripped off. This combo was NOT worth $20+. I had a double Shack burger from Shake Shack literally a week prior to eating here and that burger was MILES better and way more "gourmet" tasting than this one.

Don't waste your time.

I live in the area and wanted to try this place out. Ever since Big Boys Burgers left, the area has been devoid of good burger joints. It was pretty empty when I went in at prime lunch hour and I should have clued in. I ordered a Juicy Lucy on Fire combo and boy I was seriously disappointed.

Not only did I have to wait over 20 minutes (empty store remember), the food was definitely sub-standard. The patty was thin, even though it is advertised as a stuffed patty. There was no cheese stuffed inside the patty and the jalapenos were somehow tasteless. The burger was also quite bland and you can even barely taste beef. The onion rings were alright, but definitely fried too long and almost burnt to a crisp.

Definitely will not be heading back there anytime soon.

Definitely not worth the 20+ dollars I spent.

Trust me, save your money - go somewhere better.

Stumbled across this place as I was running some errands on the East end. Had the veggie burger. As the patties were frozen we were told it would take 10-15 minutes to get the order ready . After the 15 minutes, we were given the food as shown in the pictures. The burger was okay. Not the greatest but not bad either. I personally would not come back as there was nothing compelling from a vegetarian perspective.
