I work for Uber Eats, and unfortunately I had to pick up an order from this location around 11:00 PM.
I was stuck in the drive-thru line for approximately 40 minutes, while several other cars were also waiting.
Despite repeatedly calling out from the drive-thru window, the staff did not respond or even acknowledge me.
There was no communication, no explanation, and no apology.
This behavior is extremely disrespectful to delivery drivers and customers.
The service at this location is very poor, rude, and highly unprofessional.

I just came out of the drive thru and I gotta tell you, that was the best experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurants. Not only that I received my order quickly, but the food was fresh and hot! To top it all off, the manager on duty named Kathryn provided excellent customer service. She was super friendly and very helpful. She made sure I have everything that I needed. Excellent food quality and customer service!
