I’ve been to this Burger King a few times now on Yonge St in Richmond Hill, usually to grab something for my son.
This time we ordered a double burger with fries and onion rings, and the food was fresh and tasty. The burger was made well with the right amount of sauce and toppings, and the fries were hot and crispy. The onion rings were also a nice touch — crunchy on the outside and soft inside, just how they should be.
The service was quick and friendly, and our order came out exactly as we asked. The restaurant itself is super clean, bright, and feels well taken care of. The dining area is tidy and comfortable, and it’s nice to see that the staff keep everything organized even during busier times.
Overall, a consistently good experience — reliable food, fast service, and one of the cleaner fast food spots in the area. Definitely a good go-to for a quick meal with the family.

My wife and I had a meal at this Burger King, and shortly after returning home, we both had stomach issues and diarrhea. This is the second time it has happened. We hope the restaurant will take this matter seriously and check the food safety.

This is a Bellow average restaurant, i orderd a quarter pownder combo on mobile app I got whopper combo instead, I didn't mind at all, but the sandwich was not hot whatsoever and didnt have full taste at all, fries where kindof dry. Yet customer service was good, greetings and paying attention. Best thing about being a returning customer is the quality of product and customer service.
I have been in great BKs before and always get fresh hot meals, however i was out of town and i said I'd try this bk with 3.1 stars.

First of all the sauce were way too bad they were like real blood it was disgusting and the burger it was overcooked crunchy and salty just like the fries the fries are way too salty if you wanna go have a waiter and what is your order and it’s not even that big of a food it takes like 20 minutes
Decided to try this location in Richmond Hill despite not being happy with the Concord location. This experience was worse than the previous one. The voice on the drive through speaker had detectable attitude and the food was cold I'm seriously thinking this will be my last burger king experience. As you can see from the photo the drive through was not busy - the restaurant was not busy

This isn’t bottled Coca Cola it’s fountain Coke, and it tasted heavily diluted with tap water. The result was a strong chlorine-like aftertaste, almost like pool water. If you're expecting real Coke, be warned: this was barely drinkable.

Glad to see that the exterior of this place wasn't overridden by the simplified logo. They have burgers with quite thin patties, decent fries and fountain drinks YOU pour yourself. All in all, the atmosphere was casual and the food cheaper than A&W. (But I still think those guys got great root beer.) Great experience, haven't had for years as I come from Westminster-Branson!
