Went for lunch and was told to wait 30-40 min for a seat when there are empty seats. There could be seats that could be separated but no. Managed to sit down, the waitress took forever to come. Waited 25 mins for the water. I finished my meal and dessert while my bf was waiting for his first meal which came like 45 min since we sat down

Made reservations for 12:00 came 12:05 literally and they told us to wait. We waited 20 minutes and the host told us they gave away our table because we were 5 minutes late. No one told me or on the mention on their website. Horrible we waited for 35 minutes.

Was pretty busy but they take reservations by phone! Portion sizes are moderate and food was amazing. Personally, I found the omurice to be lacking in salt or flavour. The other dishes were great and would recommend!

Food was fine, waitress was nice. But just a heads up if you want to provide a surprise cake for your table, a $10 fee is charged ( which is fine) . However, they will not open the cake to present it nicely. They will just place it on the table for you.. in the bag and box still.. lol.. not a very cute surprise for your birthday friend .. was veeeryy underwhelming for an extra $10.?♀️
We got lucky and rsvp’d a table on Sunday. It got busy quickly after we sat down. The service was really good, and the food is good! The plaza does get busy quick.

Went on a Saturday around 12 pm. It was pretty busy, and we didn't know they took reservations (probably by phone). I think we waited around 20-30mins for a seat. Staff are friendly and helpful given how busy it is. Food is pretty good for the most part just don't order the souffle pancakes. It wasn't worth the wait as they're small and too moist, maybe undercooked? We tried the strawberry lychee drink, which was very icey. It's nice to try out once, but seeing how busy and limited/pricy the menu is, I don't think I'll visit again.
